Looked like it had potential, but their food showed us otherwise. After a long day of work I was left with a desire to cheer up my family of five by bringing home something that I knew they would enjoy very much. Thai food! To explain the background of Thai food and our family, I would have to mention our favorite Thai restaurant called Pho Mai. Their price was quite similar to Rialto Thai Kitchen however, the quality of food was something else. You could feel the culture and vibrance in Pho Mai's soups, their love and character in their sampler plates. Something I could not even fathom to do with Rialto's "Simple Plate" appetizers, and their "Tom Kha" soup. Not to forget that their prices were quite similar to Rialto's Thai Kitchen. Despite this, their "Yellow Curry" and "Dynamite Wings" wasn't as disappointing as the other plates. However, the curry's potatoes seemed to have been taken out of a freezer, and boiled for a bit to leave my son chewing for a good five minutes. Ordered went home to missing egg rolls, called they said "for me to go back for them because they had them" drove back and when I get there they were asking for the rest of my food that I had left at home because apparently they gave me the wrong curry as well. (I never checked it because I thought I was just missing egg rolls. They were really trying to make me drive back and get the food so they can give me the right order. I totally understand people make mistakes but the worker was giving me so much attitude and was mad that they had made a mistake and I just had drove back for my egg rolls. 4 stars come from its solid entrees and soups. I've yet to come across one I didn't like. The appetizers aren't very good at all but again, the entrees are great. Rialto Pad Thai and the Crab fried rice are my favorites. Their soups and currys are pretty spot on too. I can't vouch for how authentic the recipes are and the customer service is either average or below average depending on who you get. Overall a great place for a quick and cheap weekday dinner if it's near by. For example, I like to make my own rice and drop by for some curry since I live down the street. read more

Food is delicious! The pad see eww had good flavor, nice serving amount. The rice with a lime was a great twist/addition to it. The broccoli and pork had a good texture the broccoli was cook to fork tender and the pork had a nice crunch to it. Fried wonton with chicken is good served with a Chile sweet sauce. The service is great very friendly and attentive. Cute place, a couple of booths and few long tables for parties of 6-12. I had an hour to kill between appointments and turned to Yelp for a nearby place to eat. This place was in the top 3 and I LOVE Thai food so I decided to go here. I'm so glad I did! It's a little hole in the wall but it was clean and open with nice size booths. I was immediately greeted and was told to pick any table to sit. They quickly brought over a menu and I ordered a Thai ice tea while browsing the menu. I settled on Rialto pad kee mao with ground pork. I never had it before and there wasnt a picture of it but the ingredients sounded good so I took a chance. It was brought out piping hot and so much color and flavors built in! They serve it on top of lettuce which I thought was strange but quickly dug in. It was amazing!! Tasted just like it looks...flavorful with a little bit of spice! Was craving some curry but was in love with the images of their pad see ew with Chinese broccoli. I placed a phone ordered and told me to 5 minutes, I scurried to the other side of town and found myself in a shopping 4 For Less shopping center. Lunch was ready and place was empty so I took my to go order and sat down in a booth. I ate half of my lunch but I wish I had a bigger appetite so I can eat more and order more food but that just means I need to frequent this place since I'm usually in the area for work. I was looking for a Thai place that did phone orders and pick-up (during these crazy times we live in), and came across Rialto Thai Kitchen on Yelp. I placed a phone order on a Saturday, and the food was ready on time upon arrival. Plenty of parking spots as its located in a larger shopping plaza. To my knowledge they do not do curbside pick up, so if you do a phone order be prepared to get down to pick up your order. In terms of food quality, it's pretty good! I've definitely had better (Sanamluang Cuisine in Claremont just tastes more Thai authentic), though that's quite a drive from Fontana/Rialto, and the prices there are higher. The decor and wall color (pumpkin orange) is something im not in love with but it is tolerable. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. Ordered Calamari as appetizer which was pretty good. Cruncy, nice flavor & not chewy. Honestly alot of restaurants have subpar calamari because they overcook it. This is just right! We also got Pad Thai & Pad See Ew. Both were pretty standard Thai Food which means both were really good. I especially liked their Pad See Ew. I highly recommend it. As for soup, we got the Vegetable Soup. My cousin liked it. The chicken satay was delicious! Not sure what the 2 pieces of white bread was for...I've never seen any Thai place serve that with Chicken Satay but oh well...the chicken and sauce was really good. The Pad Thai was a little to sweet for us. The Combination fried rice was on point! They give a good portion of all the meats and shrimp. Overall the food was good 3.5 stars! The biggest disappointment about this place is the rude server. She was on the phone 95% of the time we were there talking loudly in the most annoying squeaky voice ever! The vegetable dumplings were good, not the best I've ever had but worth giving a shot. I tried the Pad Kee Mau with tofu and boy they are not kidding when they say it's spicy! I didn't even add any extra spice to it and my nose was starting to run, ha! We also tried the red curry- vegetarian style and though I'm not a huge fan of curry I have to say it was actually pretty good. I totally recommend this place if you're a vegetarian looking for something savory. As far as desserts go, I had the fried ice cream. Oh boy, it is comfort food all the way. Food is decent but service is apathetic and even to the point of being hostile. Had ordered a pad Thai with Thai tea and the sever named Elly was more focused on being on the phone than taking care of the customers. Food was dropped without utensils. She realized she had forgotten so went to grab the drinks and utensils while still being on the phone with some utility company. As I was half way through my food she dropped off the bill and went to eat her own lunch. When I tried to pay and claim a check in offer for the tea she said she not could honor the check in because she could not void the bill even though I used my check in when I paid the last time I was here.
