On June 8, 2026 I called in an order for pick up. A busy time for us and we wanted a good meal. My husband doesn't normally pick up food orders and didn't realize he should check it before he left. He did say that the gentleman that brought it to him stopped and said this can't be right, not enough in here. I had ordered a slab of ribs and a large order of fresh slaw. He went back and then brought out 2 bags and told my husband that they hadn't put the whole slab in. The ribs in the first bag were burnt black and mostly inedible. The slaw was definitely not fresh, slightly slimy. When I opened the second container, the ribs were not cooked enough to eat. I wish that I had taken pictures. I had to cook them before we could eat them. The dry rub looked like it had just been put on then ribs warmed a little. I should have gone back and taken it to the manager but the man that gave it to my husband looked old enough to be a manager. This week is the first time that I have had a chance to deal with this. I still have the receipt and pickup tag but know it has been too long for refund but management and public should know that one former, loyal customer will go elsewhere in the future. Service was very good and the BBQ is okay. Surprising to me was the lack of a mild sauce on the table. Three sauces were on tables and all had a bit of tongue-tingling or greater spice--the standard, a hot sauce, and Carolina mustard. The menu is broad enough to satisfy even non-BBQ diners. Hamburgers, appetizers, and salads are entree options. Our salad, for example, was a full head of green leaf lettuce and was much too much for one person. The Pigman is a sampler sandwich that includes pulled pork, brisket, and sausage. Mine was a good portion and included a vegetable side. read more

It was my first time in Tulsa and we happened to come across RibCrib and decided to try it out. I thought the food and service was quite good for a local chain. Of course, I had to try the rib combo and their ribs were very good! They also have table sauces that you can add to your liking. I was placing an order on grub hub, a large order for Father's Day. There was an accident that happened during the purchase on the online order app. Grub hub had placed my order for 30 minutes. I actually needed the order for 5 days in the future. I called Grub hub and they would not cancel or do anything to help me. Thankfully the manager at Rib Crib in Sapulpa. Best food ever. Waiters haves the best attitude ever. If you need a to go box they will give you tips for how to put them in a box. Waiting is not a problem they seat you immediately. It is a perfect volume you can hear everybody you are talking to but still just a bit of noise. read more

15 minutes after taking our order the waiter told us the kitchen was out of brisket. One hour later he offered us free dessert and said he had no idea when our food would be out because of confusion in the kitchen. We politely declined because we just wanted our food. During this time we watched 5 other tables get up and leave our section. The young man waiting on tables was very kind and doing everything he could to keep us happy. Eventually the waiter helping us explained the kitchen was preparing food by section and not in the order that food requests were received. I've went to this rib rib enough times to count on two hand. EVERY time all of the servers and wait staff are In horrible moods. I'm a server myself and so I let some lenience the first few times bc we all have bad days but the utter disrespect and hatefulness of most of the staff there is AWFUL. Like I've never left a review for anywhere but I hope these people get a change in attitude or better yet a new job bc holy it is unbelievable how awful the waitstaff are there. I've gone to this location twice in the past month. The first night, our server was obviously either new or inexperienced. He tried his best and that was fine. The food was great. The other day when I dined with my mom at lunch, the service was great, but the meats were a little dry (brisket). Each time, however, the food was not really a bad value for the money. Just had THE WORST meal I've ever had here. Ordered the 3 meat combo (chopped brisket, bologna, and polish sausage) with sweet & smoky beans and mashed potatoes. The beans tasted like pork & beans you get out of a can. Mashed potatoes weren't too bad. The meats had no smoky flavor to them. I used the original bbq sauce and the vinegar taste was nasty. Then there was the server. Brought my meal but no flatware. I asked for flatware and he brings me another fork and spoon, another trip. This southern style themed restaurant serves BBQed goodness. I got the Crib Fire Burger and fries. This burger had two all beef patties stacked with cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese set atop a huge onion ring covered with hotlink and smothered in barbeque sauce it was enough to feed a hungry lumberjack and yet I still managed to finish. I have always thought Rib Crib had one of the best chopped beef sandwiches in town because the beef was always chopped very fine and no fat at all. But Tuesday night when we got sandwiches to go they were almost not edible. The beef was in big chunks and so fat that we had to pull most of it off the sandwich. They appeared to be visiting about teenage business instead of hustling to take our order. After we several minutes we placed our order. 15 minutes later I heard the cook announce: ODER. With this being said. Our server Callie at 705 S. Mission st Sapulpa, OK 74066 onky came to our table one time! We asked several different servers for some silverware 3 different times until my husband had to get up grab some himself so we could begin eating our food. The prices have gone wayyy up about 50 cents- $1.00 on almost everything and the portions have been cut. My husband ordered the sweet and smoky baked beans and it was barely half full, so when he got up to ask if he could have his beans filled he was told , NO that, thats as full as they fill them now. We've been here more than once. The food is always good and service is great! Today, however, the expediter at the bar had an issue with using his "indoor voice". His yelling at the cooks was quite disruptive. I'm pretty sure he can get his point across without yelling. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. And, screaming kids right next to us is not the establishments fault. They could all be seated in the same area though. Not everyone likes kids. read more
