A decent burger and fries so cold and greasy I had to park and take them back in. The guy behind the counter apologized and said he would drop a fresh batch and bring them out to me in two minutes. So after sitting in my car for another ten minutes I went back in and asked for them. He apologized and said he forgot about me. He then pulled the last of the remaining fries from the batch he dropped last and said he upgraded me to a large for my trouble. On a road trip from the West Coast, had do the taste test to compare this burger to my favorite In & Out Burger. It was very tasty and had good toppings to choose from, like bacon, jalapeno and avocado that are not offered at In & Out Burger. Whataburger also had kids meals, salads and maybe a senior discount (not quite sure). Overall, the verdict is a WIN vote for In & Out because of their fresh and tasty meat patty that is not frozen and thin. The In & Out fries are hand cut too, not the frozen shoestring type. I would definitely have a Whataburger again, it is very good, popular, reasonably priced and most locations open 24/7. Horrible service tonight, I haven't been in ages and I come in tonight and we got chicken bites that were mostly the breaded crunchy part and no chicken probably 4 out of 9 had chicken and super crunchy fries and we found a bedbug on the booth! Let me start by saying the people that work here are always so friendly. Compared to other places in Sapulpa it's why we go back. Also I can not recall ever having a problem with the quality of the food. Now onto what was not so good. The place is just not clean. We often have to go past several tables to find one we can wipe down ourselves. The other day one clean table was occupied by an employee laying across the bench spitting into a cup from his skoal. They need to paint or something as well. Most of the benches look very worn. The restaurant smells of old grease. One request too, most other locations carry Coke zero.
