I've learned to check their business page on Facebook to see if I should make the drive or you can call since they also close early if they are sold out. Where we initially discovered their tasty smoked salmon was at the Manzanita Farmers Market where they regularly have a booth from mid-May through September. The only downside is that they don't carry their full range of products at the market, but still it is a great experience. To see all of the options from fresh salmon chowder, salmon spreads, smoked salmon mac & cheese, and the salmon sushi bake. At the store they also carry a number of dessert items. Depending on the day's catch, they frequently have King, Coho, Sockeye, Black Cod, Tuna, and Steelhead. We've tried a number of smoked salmon options on the coast from Astoria to Newport, and the Neahkahnie Smoke House is a our regular spot.

There was this 2 foot long sausage stick package in a variety of flavors that as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to get it. It was impressively long and looked juicy. Tillamook Country Smoker is a grab and go spot. The shop is a tiny building with a small parking lot, but easy to find parking. It's right off the 101, super convenient. The prices are just unbeatable!
