This is 1 Of the best Cuban sandwiches I have ever had. The bread was like a kings Hawaiian roll. Meat was so tender and tasty. I should have bought another one for the road and eat it tomorrow. Place is small and has a line but worth it. I'm in Ocala and I will drive back down there for this sandwich. Service was good for how busy they were. Always good, quick Cuban Food. We typically get the empanadas and sometimes get Pernil, Arroz con Pollo, or something different. I will usually place my order and go have a beer next door at Tidal Brewery. Win win for me. You can even take it to eat at Tidal if you want since they do t have food selection. read more

I had the Cuban sandwich as it's one of my top 3 favorite sandwiches ( there aren't to many authentic Cuban places anymore ) made with pulled pork , sliced ham , yellow mustard and the correct pickles and the bread OMG so fresh and hot pressed to perfection ! The staff is always preoccupied with other customers while taking your order so obviously they are messing up your orders. also, when they screw up your order, that you realize AFTER getting home, they do absolutely NOTHING to make it right. usually arguing with you making it seem that it is your fault that they either forgot something or didn't make it correct. My Unce had yucca. He really liked it. The pork was amazing, though a little salty. My husband had the chicken and said it was really good. Empanadas (beef and cheese) were very good. Portions were big. They were very busy. When things slowed down, one of the staff came over and talked with us. She was very hospitable. I would recommend eating here.
