It's a great date place. Go in with the intent to share! We got 2 spring rolls, some deep-fried ones to try and then some chicken sewers. It was plenty for two of us. And the service was perfect! Not too attentive but since it wasn't horribly busy, it was great!

My favorite place for Pho when it starts to cool down or when you're feeling a bit sick. That warm broth, noodles and Sriracha are my winning combination! They have vegan broth and excellent prepared tofu! My family and I have been coming to Rice Paper for years and am kicking myself for not dropping a review! Service and cleanliness is always top notch! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The bulldog mural in the bathroom always makes me laugh! If I had to complain about Rice Paper, their parking lot gets easily flooded during the monsoon! Mother Nature takes over and not in their control.

Lemongrass Chicken

Went to Rice Paper on 7th last week with a group of four friends. I tried the spicy Asian fresh spring rolls (Tom Chien Va Cua), lemongrass chicken, and a sake bomb for drinks. For dessert, we had the triple fudge topped with green mango slices, which was really good. My orders came out right on time, though my friends who ordered later did have to wait quite a bit longer. Even so, I'd still say the service was good overall. Nice spot with solid food and a fun group-dining vibe.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Went out to eat with friends and decided to get some pho for lunch. The food was all very good and tasted fresh and authentic. Everyone enjoyed their meal!! I got Pho Filet Mignon and the Vietnamese iced coffee. We all shared wings and chicken spring roll. The service was quick and our waiter was polite. The restraint is beautiful and so cozy :). Lots of outdoor seating which is great. Price was shockingly not too bad :) . On Sundays the pho is half off!! A steal!

food was really good quality. if you're craving spring rolls definitely go here because that's what they're known for. I liked how the food came super quickly and the atmosphere was super cute. The only thing that sucked was the parking outside, they don't have a lot of parking spaces so we had to park a block away.

Rice Paper has been on my list of restaurants to try for a while now and it did not disappoint. We were able to grab a high top without any wait. The interior is small but tables are placed well with a bar in the middle. Service was good. Food was quick and my shaking beef was delicious. Perfect medium rare with a good rich sauce. A must try.

Stopped in for an early dinner on a Thursday and didn't have any trouble finding parking or a table inside. The service was fast and friendly and helpful when trying to decide what to order. I got the pho chay and it was pretty good. The veggies all seemed fresh and were delicious. We also tried the shaking beef, which was also tasty. I'm looking forward to coming back to try more of the menu.

The meat smelled weird not sure if they gave me old meat or what. It smelled very funny, putting a bunch of onions doesn't help the smell.

Went today and it was very good. There was a long line outside but they were able to get everyone in and seated within a reasonable amount of time- the wait staff was nice and we were taken care of quickly. Very cute on the outside and inside as well, the decor was fun. The food was so good. The rice paper spring roll (seared tuna) was nice and fresh, crispy and refreshing. The crunchy (pork) spring rolls were so good as well AND The pho (mignon) was delicious. We are already wanting to come back to try more!

Speedy service even with the place being completely full. Attentive staff and good ambiance. Will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu.

After reviewing the menu we decided on Lemongrass chicken with vegetables, beef with vegetables, beef vermicelli, and shrimp vermicelli. Service is always fast here. I ordered the lemongrass chicken. It is pretty spicy. The flavoring was really nice with a fish sauce in it. It was probably spicier than I wanted. Think I'll go back to my noodle order next time. It was good to try something different though. I would give my dish four stars. Otherwise everything else gets five stars. Free street parking outside.

The restaurant seems to charge for every little thing and the staff is slow and forgetful. Having to get up so many times just to remind them about our order is simply not acceptable. I really hope things improve, especially for long time customers who have supported this place for years Ambience The ambience was very cute and charming. The space feels inviting and has a pleasant atmosphere. Food The food was good. We ordered the catfish spring rolls and they were delicious once everything finally made it to the table. Service The service was the biggest issue and it was very disappointing, especially since my family has been coming here for 3 years. Parts of our order were missing, including several side dishes and even the sauce for the spring rolls. We asked for a cup of ice and that was missing too. We waited about 10 minutes after receiving the catfish before the vegetables were brought out and we had to keep asking for simple items. It's a shame because things taste best when the food is still hot, but the catfish was already cold once they brought out all the small dishes that came with the main dish. Because the staff was moving so slowly, we ended up walking to the counter (6 times) just to follow up on things that should have been brought to us without asking. It honestly felt like we were serving ourselves. There should be no excuse why service was so slow because there's two waitress and only one other table. The Vietnamese coffee tasted sickly sweet and burnt. After taking one sip, I asked to switch to a Thai tea, hoping it would be better, but that drink was also extremely sickenly sweet. I returned it after one sip as well. I was surprised to see that I was charged for both drinks and was told it was because I drank them, which did not feel fair at all. They even charged us for the lemon slices.

10/10, nope 20/10! WOW!…read more I'm so absolutely thrilled by our family dinner at Rice Paper tonight I haven't stopped talking about it with family and friends! The food, flavor, service, cleanliness, and vibes were absolutely perfect!! Came on a Thursday evening, ordered plain pho and french fries for our 5&3YO both ate it up! While we looked at the menu, I couldn't decide what alcohol I wanted, spirit, beer, sake, wine, etc.. finally order sake bomb with Asahi and the bartender came over and let me sample one of the sours - just cause! I'm awesome! Thank you! Wish I had room to order! For dinner we did: - Filet Spring Roll - Chuck Norris Spring Roll - grandma Trans firecracker wings - Crispy Rice on sizzling plate with Filet My words cannot describe how amazingly delicious it all was. The spring rolls were equally filling, flavorful, refreshing, and savory! Flavor explosion! The firecracker wings drenched in the spicy sauce was so good, we kept dipping some of our kids fries in the sauce! Lastly the Crispy Rice dish with filet, WOW! A bite of that, with some broth on the side. I couldn't easily swear it's one of the most savory dishes I've had in AZ. What a hidden gem! On top of this, as a parent, it's always stressful eating outside of your own home with your kiddos, but the staff/owners were so accommodating, I felt comfortable and grateful! They were so nice and my 3Yo is wild, but they didn't make us feel bad and they continued to smile and even give him a high five as we left. The location is clean and vibey, and we were all comfortable the whole time. So glad this fam came FOB in 1981 and hope they continue to rock it because they deserve it! What a great location and so glad we went. Can't wait to go back.

The place is very clean inside, nicely decorated, and had background music playing (I hate places that are dead silent). A nice spot for me and my girlfriend to enjoy our lunch and talk over a bowl of pho. I was intrigued by the veggie pho because they used baby corn, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and asparagus. I don't really like vegetable broth so I asked if the broth could be their beef broth which they said was ok. My girlfriend had the chicken pho like she usually does and we shared a spring roll. I have to say that I was blown away with how delicious my pho was. It had such a nice clean beef flavor that you love when enjoying pho. The vegetables worked incredibly, but I' sure any of their beef options are stellar (I just wanted veggies). No doubt one of the more memorable broths that's I've had in a long time! My girlfriend's pho was also super flavorful and had a nice aroma as well. She ended up eating all the broth and had a bunch of leftover noodles and chicken. I would really recommend not serving the chicken diced in cubes because you can't get those nice chopsticks full of noodles and chicken. The roll we ordered was good, but probably not something I'd get again. They use filet mignon for it, but I think I would prefer to have them use a less expensive cut and give me 2X the meat. Finally our server Enrique was cool and very attentive and let us know about their Sunday pho special which was great. This place might not be as traditional as the other places where you see the entire family working and have the beat up menus, but it's they definitely make pho worth checking out for yourself.

I wanted to just chill and take my time to eat, but the server never came back again for me to order another drink so I decided I should just get out then since they didn't want me there long it seemed let's start off with the food review tho my spring rolls tasted off like there was something a bit funky with them, as well as how to frozen texture on the inside and I was given the smallest amount of fish sauce I've ever seen every other place. I've been to is a huge amount or like a generous amount of that sauce dividend but I got like barely anything so I was like trying to scoop it at the end, but yeah, definitely funky tasting rolls. The pho itself consisted mostly of noodles and a decent amount of meat at least but with the combination, I felt like the tendon they just gave the biggest chunks possible, which were extremely hard to try to bite through unusual for me to come across I love tripe and tendon the most in the combos, the regular size is generously sized tho no need to pay extra for a larger size unless you're really hungry the flavor of the broth tasted good nothing special but it was a alright meal prob won't come back but I don't think it was entirely a waste of time

In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised by their growing menu and their willingness to better themselves by listening to Yelp feedback. You can really feel the spirit of home-cooking and the cozy atmosphere of a locally owned restaurant here. In the best way possible, service hasn't changed - it's still the same friendly owner greeting you with a smile and overall cheerful attitude. You can tell that they are actively growing as a restaurant and I can't help but want to cheer them on! Today, I had their banh mi pho with a side of Chinese donuts to dip into the pho broth. Absolutely delicious and great concept. My constructive feedback is if they can dial in their pho broth (which I already enjoy) to have more in-depth bone broth/spice flavor and less reliance on maybe the salty aspect. I'm excited to see the future of this establishment,
