Just go around and look at the various whisks and whips and paddles and ladles and pots and pans and knifes and spoons and stones and mortars and, well, you get the idea. I mean, I don't know for sure, but if a restaurant buys the stuff, it will probably hold up just fine in your kitchen. And they carry brands I knew. So don't spend more for the same.

Due to my brothers concession stand and two food trucks, we have a card to enter. Everything is in bulk in here. Imagine buying a 80lb chunk of beef roast or a case of chicken wings. There are frozen foods, fresh meats, produce of all types, spices, seafood and desserts. How about 50lbs of rice or beans? They have cooking equipment and utensils. It's amazing what you might find around the next corner. Like I have said about many places, some things are a good deal, but some things are not.

(Got a $5 loaf of whole wheat for $2.50!) -Incredibly convenient location (on Meridian 8 blocks north of circle) -BOGO coupons in Urban Times -Want something they don't sell regularly? (i.e. Whole grain baguettes instead of white) Just call that morning & they can bake it by closing time! (Baker told me that tip this morning!) A few things to keep in mind when you visit (as I know you will after reading this review!) : - They keep fairly standard hours (9-6 M-F) - There is free parking in the lot right at the entrance, but street parking may be easer to navigate.
