Every other vet hospital I've been to pushed unnecessary tests and procedures, which was stressful and exhausting for both me and my pets. Dr. Shargani is truly a healer. He saved my cat Bella from kidney failure--she is completely healed after other vets told me to put her down. He also helped my cat Abu, who was having frequent seizures, by putting him on the right treatment plan. His guidance on nutrition and follow-up care has made all the difference. I can't thank him enough.

She does sleep with me and follow me around. I definitely give her the most attention because I am a dog lover! I definitely know how to communicate with dogs, Weather it from a wink or a nod, I get all their social cues . As much as I love her the truth is I don't know her history. The Housekeeper had told me a couple times that I needed to go with her to the vet. Telling me that the vet did not like her . I figured the vet didn't like the Housekeeper. That she was the feisty one. When we finally got into the office, Sister did not look stressed out at all. Most dogs get fearful. Not my Sister. I was told to put her on the scale and the nurse told me to hold her. I put her up there and lovingly cuddled her into my tummy. Be good girls, Sister. Next thing you know, the doctor comes in right away. He said I remember this dog. Let me get the muzzle. I realize at that moment I don't know if she needs a muzzle. This is a new situation for the both of us together. He repeated Maybe. I don't need the muzzle. Then I hear the nurse say doctor. Very seriously. You need the muzzle. Shocked, I looked into my sisters eyes and said Sister. Did you bite him she looked at me very seriously and blinker eyes which means. Yes ! Oh no Sister. I couldn't believe it. My sister is a bully dog. After the muzzle. Everything went smoothly. You just never know ! There's a morning session for surgeries. Then after 3 o'clock. Luckily, I was early an hour and saw a man standing there. He let me know that you have to wait in Line . They only take eight patients. So stood there for a while. Just chatting with the community. It was nice. I give this experience. Five stars. Definitely learn some stuff about my Sister. Hopefully I can teach her to behave better within time.

I recently found a litter of kittens, and have been bringing them in slowly to get checked and vaccinated. I'm always greeted with a smile and everyone is so welcoming. I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Sarah in the front, Andrea who is an incredible vet tech, and Dr. Brandie who goes above and beyond. The vet can be so stressful for our pets, but they always do their best to make it positive experience.

The front office was accommodating when I had to schedule then reschedule for the next day. All of our family was allowed to be with our dog in the examination room from the start until the end. They let us spend as much time as we wanted, respectfully speaking quietly and giving us space. Dr. Lee was very considerate in going over our decision, taking the time to give us the step by step actions for the procedure. Veterinary Technician (Joy) was helpful and gentle with the dog - she had to lift and carry him and he's 11 plus kilograms or 25 pounds. Staff (Sara) also helpful in explaining the breakdown of fees and the process for the cremation after. The office uses cash free payment and can print or email your receipt. In The end, this was best for our dog, he was unable to walk on his own and stopped eating just days prior. The whole procedure went smoothly and he passed without struggling. The office also accepted his partial and open dry dog food, we also left behind his pillow and blankets. I hope that these will be useful for other animals.

They took me in quick and they helped me through the process that I needed to euthanize my boy, his heart wasn't doing good and his body was shutting down...it was the hardest thing but I couldn't see him suffer any longer. They helped me through it all, I was shaken and scared for him, I got to be there holding him the whole time. I was also told over the phone the exam fee was $37 but was charged $56 with no clear explanation. Additional products and medications were added without properly explaining why they were needed. My dog's hotspot was already healing, but a shave and extra charge were suggested right away without first checking the condition. Overall, I left feeling like the focus was more on adding services than on providing thoughtful care for my dog. I hope the clinic improves communication, transparency, and the way pets are handled.
