    Hi Matt! It's Andrea, the microwave woman from mid August in Thousand Oaks. Our fridge/freezer is not cooling properly. It cools, then stops then starts etc. any chance you can come out tomorrow?! We are losing food and melting food. 🙏🏻

    I have owned and managed multiple properties for years, and I have never encountered an operation…read moreas shockingly unprofessional, predatory, and chaotic as this one. If you value your peace of mind, your tenants' safety, and your property, do not hire them. The entire experience was a disaster from start to finish: Gross Incompetence: The installer sent to my property clearly didn't bother to measure anything. The new dishwasher didn't fit, forcing us to hire someone else on the fly to literally cut out part of the flooring and strip the appliance insulation just to wedge it into the space. Zero Respect for Time: After the measurement debacle, the installer didn't bother returning to finish the job until 5:30 PM on a Saturday night. Extortionist Tactics & Boundary Crossing: I was out of town celebrating my husband's birthday and explicitly stated I would send payment first thing the next morning. Instead of behaving like a legitimate business, the installer refused to leave the premises. He held my property hostage, staying inside the home and refusing to leave until he was paid. Bizarre & Shady Payment Practices: To get this man out of my tenant's hair, I had to step away from my husband's party to issue a payment. Shaddily, the payment wasn't even directed to the company I hired--it went directly to the installer's wife. The absolute breaking point? My tenant felt so unsafe and threatened by this worker's refusal to leave that they had to call the police to force him off the property. This isn't just a case of bad customer service; this is a sketchy, volatile operation that put my tenant's safety at risk. Consider this a dire warning: stay far, far away from Appliance Installation by Jesus.
