I had a great experience at this location of Richardson's RV Center. I needed an RV supply store close to me in Riverside, CA. After going to other RV stores that were closed even though the hours said open, and calling during business hours and getting voicemail, I finally called Richardson's and received excellent customer service over the telephone. I drove over there and found Jared, who was very professional, and he helped me to quickly find what I needed. I will be bringing my RV business here from now on.

I bought 3 RV's from Richardson Rv in 2020. I spent well over $300,000 plus added $30,000 in extended warrantee. From day one when I noticed so many problems with the first rv, the service department was dismissive and rude. The first rv had torn floor, falling off trim, drawers flew open while driving, microwave fell off, 2nd slide would not open, staple in cushion ruined leather on dinette, transfer switch was malfunctioning, refrigerator would not switch from propane to electric, shower door handle was broken, blind in front was broken, dash was falling out, etc. After a year and a few months. Only 1 rv is fixed because I was told I could only bring one in at a time. It took them well over a year to finally fix the first rv. When I brought in second Rb to finally get it turn to be fixed. I was told it's out of warrantee. Further more because the service manager, Terry, did not like me, I went to the head manager of all service, Dale Hammers. This is how I was treated: Dale personally called Jayco and told them I was renting the rvs. Jayco has denied all services requested and won't touch my RVs. And it voided the $30,000 in extended warranty I bought through them. I now have 2 RVs that look horrible and 1 ok one but the screws are coming back up through flooring. Ugh. I can not believe they actually brought to Jayco any of this. It's no ones business what I do with them. And Dale and Jayco googled my business together to verify my intent with RVs. Still doesn't change fact that damage was pre existing and should be fixed.

We purchased our first trailer from Otis Stokes in the riverside location and had an amazing experience. He was very friendly, patient and made sure to get us exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Otis to anyone interested in purchasing.

Door seal separating and when closed since they "shaved" off the extra door part that they believe causes it to pop open ‍

I should minus one star for the way they returned our unit. We have been waiting now for over and hour for them to confirm that the unit belongs to us because their Serive tag has gone missing twice off our unit. Here's some photos of the Damage they have left on out trailer from them using Scotch Tape twice on out unit. I've even called and left a very detailed message with Ron in service in august about this issue when they forgot to finish all the repairs that were requested. POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE AND THE METHOD OF SIGNING YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU VALIDATE THE REPAIRS REQUEST TO REVIEW THEM BEFORE. THE REPAIR FROM AUGUST WE WERE FORCED TO SIGN AND NOW 4 months later the repair for the back door is still a major issue and has a huge gap in the door and seal. We could not have seen this without removing it from the property We bought this unit in September 19 and it's been in Service for over 10 months in this time. Honestly the worst purchase experience ever. Do not buy from them or if you do please hire an RV inspectors. We had water damage straight off the pot since they didn't complete their inspections. I have all the voicemails and paperwork to prove this negligence

My wife and I bought brand new 2017 Jayco trailer from Richardsons sales department was excellent experience from A to Z. However two month later we received a recall letter to replace all lights, which is fine I called scheduled an appointment, trailer was there for about seven days work is done. I got the trailer home and start to clean it where I noticed a lot of left over dirt and wood from drilling, on floor and bed areas. Also what got me more upset the damage they left on the cabinets and shelves on brand new trailer. Never ganna use the service department here again.

Jack sent out a technician a few months back to work on my slide…read more It turned into a difficult job which required some research as several things where creating the problems. I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.

FANTASTIC RV SHOP! Bought a newer 2017 RV that had some serious sun damage on paint and strips…read more I was quoting other companies and the Facebook marketing algorithums put Overland RV in front of me on my feed. Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

We show up to pick up the trailer, and nothing is done on the itemized list, and the trailer wasn't even cleaned. The Owner made promises he couldn't keep, said he was out of certain items needed to fix what was needed. We had no choice but to take the trailer because of course the loan already went through. He had 3 weeks to get everything done and did nothing. He couldn't even be bothered to fake it at least. Just made excuses. On top of this, the owner said he would provide us with all new hoses and power cords. Everything was used and dirty and he didn't even give us the right generator cord for the trailer. Didn't find this part out till we took our first trip and couldn't hook up properly. As a business owner, I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know how they impact business. This however is just frustrating. And reviewing the previous bad reviews, this seems to be an issue with the owner. Typical over promise, tell you what you need to hear to get the deal done and under deliver once everything is locked in. Likely needing the sale to cover expenses from the last botched deal. Should have done some more research before shopping here. Avoid this dealership.
