My chicken is always cooked crisp to a T. And let's talk about that because nothing--and I mean nothing--is worse than slimy chicken. I always ask for my wings well done, and they get it right every single time. Crispy, cooked through, no questions asked. The sauce distribution? Always on point. Never dry, never drowning--just right. And the fries? When I ask for them well done, they actually come well done. No soft, undercooked fries over here. They're always crispy and exactly how I want them. I'm constantly raving about this Wingstop, and I'll continue to rave about this Wingstop because they're consistent. And consistency matters. Especially when that favorite time of the month comes around (the girls who get it, get it), Wingstop is one of my cravings every single time. It never disappoints, and it always hits the spot. So many choices-salmon, escoveitch seafood, fried fish, seafood rice etc. I ordered fried, white fish and seafood rice to go. The portions were generous and the rice was filled with all the right ingredients. The taste though??? Everything tasted like it had been sitting in warming trays for 24 hrs. Rice and fish were really dried out. Hot sauce and tartar sauce (from fish market on the corner) didn't help to make it taste any better. I'd go back again, earlier in the day when the food trays are being replenished. I would probably go for made to order seafood, instead of the the food that's just sitting. Gallego wasn't a total NO. A second chance is possible.
