I can't believe this coffee was $4. It used to be $2.75 before the pandemic!! The size is slightly larger than before, and the taste is good, but not particularly rave worthy considering the changes. Richie wasn't even working the counter bruh.

After 3 years at Temple, I finally got around to trying the most famous breakfast place on campus. I've never tried before because it's usually very busy. I'm an early bird so I got there at 7 am, ordered just a bagel and it came out super fast. It was not at all expensive, fresh, and Richie is such a nice guy! Excited to go there again and try their famous coffee!

The food is well seasoned and is simple but filling to eat. The service is a little strange as there are 4 workers but only 1 taking orders while the others stand around. But customer wise the service is friendly and fast. The ambiance is that you are outside so you can listen to the construction happening next door or to the outside noises. Overall, this is a good place.

Richie can cook his behind off, and so can his mother (who I prefer to do business with) but he is really rude. I usually just visit his lunch box which is ran by his mother in the corner of 12th & Norris. The veggie burger is every vegetarians dream come true. So for me I give this place a 10 for quality and quantity of food and and 1 for Richie's bad attitude, hopefully he gets it together in 2020 or I might stop spending my money here all together because often I feel unappreciated.

Ok I get it, just about everyone on campus loves Richie's. But to be HONEST, this isn't the best taste, quality, or value at temple and here's why. Breakfast is definitely the most ordered thing at Richie's. Since this is the big money maker, it should be done well. Ive ordered a pork roll egg and cheese hash brown in the middle on an everything bagel quite a few times before this review. This breakfast sandwich costs $6. $2 for the hash brown which is unbelievably expensive for what it is. The egg is very very thin compared to other food trucks around campus and it should be the star of the sandwich. Not to mentioned, it's not seasoned with salt or pepper! The pork roll, also super thin. You can see through it and he gives you no more than 2 slices. The bagel, not toasted which is disappointing. I'll admit, the sandwich is tasty, but it's so overpriced for what you get and you'll be waiting for at least 20 min on a weekday morning. You can get a huge breakfast sandwich with way more substance (nice fluffy egg with salt and pepper, thick pieces of pork roll, and a toasted roll at Chicken Heaven by alter hall. And it'll only cost you 4.50. Richie's is simply overrated.

Definitely my favorite dining spot on campus for two reasons: the incredible food and the man, the myth, the legend, Richie himself. My go to is his bacon egg and cheese. The egg is never over cooked (pet peeve of mine) and there's a perfect ratio of cheese to egg. Choosing between a croissant and an everything bagel is a struggle. Aside from that his breakfast burger is a must try and huge. I also love his chicken finger wrap and his mozzarella stick grilled cheese for very special occasions. He added iced coffee this year which is a huge plus since it's not overly sweet like Dunkin's and fairly priced unlike Starbucks. It's very evident that he truly cares for his customers considering he remembers thousands of people's orders and never fails to greet everyone with a smile.

First time trying out Richie's, thanks to all those students I see in line. Love their vanilla coffee iced. For only like 3$ can't ask for better cold coffee. Oh and the breakfast wrap was so OMG worth it. All about 9$-10$ and I lasted the whole day

Haven't been here since I graduated but in the area so you gotta stop at the OG spot. Fire as always, but the coffee this time exploded in my car. That's new. Richie threw me some extra napkins. Thanks g

This was my first time actually trying it and it definitely lived up to the hype of the Yelp reviews. My wrap had chicken, hummus, lettuce, and feta, and it was so delicious. My chicken was very good, very tender and seasoned well. It also had a great creamy hummus to tie all the other ingredients together. The feta added just enough saltiness to balance out the rest of the flavors. All of the ingredients were very fresh, and my wrap was extremely soft, yet still maintained its form completely as I ate. I also ordered a Nutella hot chocolate. It was delicious! It was my fist time having a Nutella hot Chocolate. I usually just get a normal hot chocolate. The pita chips served as an additional side item with this sandwich and proved to be quite enjoyable. The pita chips had a good crunch and were able to pair with the wrap very well. I ended up eating all of the pita chips! It was a great lunch and I enjoyed my wrap! I would likely order from Café Square One again in the future, especially, if that wrap is still on their menu!
