Bottom line is the floor people have no customer service they are rude and really don't care. This is the second time it's happened and I don't know if they're just because of the first review this time because the first review was horrible as well just horrible. I would not recommend Alveron optical on Campbell. I did call Alon optical on fifth and Alvernon, which originally was my spot, but I chose them cause it was easier location. Miranda was very helpful. Listen to me and she will reach out to the manager at Campbell store, the rudeness of personnel does not sit well with me and my wife and this is the last time they got our business there can't say enough about the rudeness. They said we don't wanna hear about it. They could've give us an explanation of why it took a month to get glasses what they had told us two weeks at the end. They said they called but never left a voicemail and never reached out again. They just assumed one call. We did it all one call ever on optical on Campbell. Your personnel sucks.

Very helpful, explains everything in layman terms, and even shows you some key areas they look for. 2. The equipment is the latest. Awesome. 3. People in the store are very nice and professional. They know their stuff. 4. The glasses selection is solid, lots of options for women, men however... Miss 1. Men's glasses options. It's really limited compared to the women's options. And the brands, some offer really cool frames and modern ones, but at the eye center they are rarely there. I bought Dragon frames for my computer usage (recommend a separate glasses for that) and while they were hip, the really cool, latest and modern were not at the store. Ditto for many of their providers. You can't find a place in Tucson that offers this type of Eyewear. Bummer. You decide 1. It's pricey compared to LensCrafters, but the quality of the lens, frames and other items are better If you have vision insurance you will save here. If you are buying sunglasses please note thst many vision plans will not work with them. The most expensive Eyewear I bought there with progressive was Maui Jim sunglasses. I love them, but they are not cheap. The other frames were Dragon and Mont Blanc, blue ones which rock. Lastly this place is in a very busy shopping strip with a whole foods. There is plenty of parking on the other side of the bldg.

It is very difficult to try to make two eyes work together in an interim situation.. I was desparate because it was too late to cancel my paid vacation in the Carabbean. The Walmart facility was kind too; I begged for any cancelation because it takes weeks to see almost any doctor. They called; I went. Dr Hothi was calm, understanding and very reasonably gave me the prescription I needed to be able to see without agonizing eye fatigue when your brain is too busy trying to bridge the gap between two images that do not match. I read the Fiercely S review and wondered if we saw the same man. I was able to get glasses done at a lense facility in a few hours (only one in Tucson) and climb on a plane at 5:))am the next morning. Thank you Dr. Houti. I will be back when I get other compliocting factors worked out. Your gentle patience was just what I needed.

Today I showed up for my appointment and…read morethey told me I would have to pay cash and then work to get reimbursed by my insurance company because they are having an internal IT issue with my insurance and can't bill them for my appointment. They have a contractual obligation with the insurance company to accept me as a patient and bill and they refuse to do so because "our system doesn't have the code." When I mentioned that the insurance company said they could send billing manually they said they refused. Turns out they have an out of area 3rd party billing company and she claims they can't send manual billing to them and there's no code for her to check in the system. (So it's my fault and I have to pay cash and battle my insurance for reimbursement because you're too lazy to fix IT issues??? Yeah that makes sense.) So the lady got upset with me when I insisted on keeping my appointment and told me they were not going to see me today. Not the first time I've had problems with this place. Last time I ordered contacts they never called me to let me know they were in and I waited almost 3 months unnecessarily. The incompetence abounds. I don't even believe in DOGE but think this team needs a boot. So ridiculous. So I call their other location to make an appointment there and explain to the person what happened and that I want to make an appointment. She transfers me to a manager - back at the first place! Ayayay. She's a little more tactful and helps me to make a new appointment at another location, but what a runaround. Instead of just getting to see a doctor who I made an appointment with, I now spent 1.25 hour Les on calls with the insurance company and their management complaining about poor customer service. What a waste of time.
