A few days later, I looked and the detailing/body kit of my car, where they needed to pull to replace the light, isn't even installed back properly & could have easily lost these expensive pieces. I brought my car in for another service of a different type the same day I noticed, to another shop in Ukiah. I asked if they could look at it and pop it back into place for me. I was worried I'd loose my body kit, and that the light wasn't in correctly. They explained to me that it wasn't installed properly & that my wires were hanging/dragging & exposed, causing me to have to replace that due to Gordon's not installing the replacement bulb correctly. They looked at everything we needed to get our 114000 mile Prius running good !! Did not want us to fix anything that wasn't necessary we got out for a little over 200 bucks !! The guy was so fair and honest I was so happy that we didn't get ripped off typically Nor Cal you do but this guy was wonderful!!

And they only take cash - which I had to get out of line to go to the bank for. Please don't go here. A legit car wash in Fort Bragg would likely make a great business here! But not this one.

This occurred on a Saturday and we were stranded with no Uber or public transportation . The only rental car facility was also closed. Mike out of his generous heart went way above and beyond with small town hospitality to help 2 stranded strangers. Without going into details he arranged everything we needed , without even being asked, to get us a way back to our hotel in Mendocino. And we never even purchased a thing from them!! That is how amazing they are!! The next vehicle purchase we make will be from them, even though it is a 4 hour drive for us. It will be well worth it to us to support this great business! Also, two others came in after me with the same work to be done, and they were done before me. UPDATE: I finally got out of there around 5:30pm. But I am raising my review to 4 stars. The guy that checked me out admitted that the mechanics grabbed two other tickets before mine, and because of that he gave me a discount on my services. Mistakes happen, and he corrected for it.

The whole job was finished in an hour and I could tell that extra work was done that I wasn't asked to pay for. I honestly felt a little guilty at the good deal they gave me. I highly recommend these guys. If you're a good ol boy like me, bring your firewood truck in or mercedes or whatever and they'll put rubber on it.
