We got an incredible trade in value for my 9 year old car, bought a certified pre owned that looks brand new, they beat the financing i got online from a large bank, and we walked out feeling valued and appreciated. If I could select zero stars I would. I went to test drive a vehicle and they were hesitant to let me test drive the vehicle because they did not want to bring it out of the showroom. They would not honor an online price I got from the Kia website and marked up the vehicle by around $5000. They completely discouraged the sale. read more

Another incident away from the service I received from Hollywood Kia, its just Kia that is terrible with service in general! I've been to Acura and Honda who've been more than helpful in giving me service help but with Kia its a joke. The car I bought from Hollywood Kia was sold with broken motor mounts and given to Kia sunrise since they gave me a better deal than a private mechanic. They said it'd be $550 compared to his $850 for everything. When I gave it to them they gave me a completely different price at $1000 excluding tax, fees, etc. The fees were ridiculous such as a shop charge? I found it real funny how the sign for Rick Case says "we give you More for Less" when it's obvious they don't. In fact its reversed since they give you Less for More!!! I bet a brake job is more than pep boys since it looks like the rest of my work will be finished with them or mymechanic.com since they have some pretty nice prices with reliable mechanics who don't charge $400 extra to put a light bulb in your car. I can't wait to get rid of this Kia it's only been a pain having to deal with this company. read more

From my friend his response. Again avoid Rick Case Kia!!!! Do not have me call and speak to someone about my horrible experience at this dealership. You need to retrain your employees to not lie to people who are trying to have a positive car buying experience. Again those people might be happy customers about their purchase but if they knew they could get the exact same vehicle for $2000 less, then you would lose a sale. Like I previously stated I was ready to make a purchase but since your staff lied to me you lost out on a sale and if your staff continues to lie and/or scare people away from buying here how much does this dealership want to lose before your employees are honest people? My family and friends already know of this experience and will not go to any Rick case in the future and everyone that reads hopefully will go somewhere else to buy. Simple math 10 people read this and decide to go somewhere else. If you're vehicle cost $40,000 than Kia Rick case lost out on $400,000 plus any interest. Don't know about you but if my employees were costing me $400,000 than they would be fired. And Kia doesn't lose any money cause dealerships buy vehicles and then sell them at MSRP to make money. We have a 2018 Kia Sportage. The lights came on for the antilock brakes, braking assist (esc) , My wife made an appointment for Saturday to have this checked out- When we confirmed on the phone they told us they could take care of this that day. When we got there they said no it will have to wait until Monday- We got a call and the service agent said the part was on back order and we would have to leave the car for possibly "months". When we got there and after being offered a minivan to drive while our car was held hostage, we decided to take the car home and wait until they had the part. They couldn't find our car it had not been assigned to a tech and they couldn't find the key. When they found the key they said the battery was dead then they said they would cover a new battery the next day they said they would sell us a new one for 220 dollars. We had no problem at all until we took it to these thieves. When we got home we discovered that the overhead lights had been left on probably causing the battery to deplete Stay away from this place. Their service has convinced us to never set foot in a Kia dealership again. Stay very far away. read more

As a general rule from the internet discounted price to closing a deal, the Rick Case associates in KIA and both local Hyundai locations I visited demonstrated the most honest effort to earn my business. The others just started at a high profit deal, with the usual throw us a telethon approach designed to capture extra profit, Since I was in Sales for about 2 years and the number of new car deliveries I have witnessed, let me tell you Quinn has far and away the best delivery skills you will ever encounter. Before, after finance and again when I visited to pick up an item I left, Quinn demonstrated enthusiasm in insuring I learned the multiple tech features of the high end model Sorento SX I purchased. After being with Toyota for 15 years and dealing with the horrendous customer service I finally agreed to explore other dealerships and car options. -and let me tell you I went to A LOT! -but Rick Case Kia was one I went to at the start of my search and ended up going with in the end 3 months later! Not only is the place professional and organized, but the sales person who helped me, Rafael, was absolutely amazing!!!! He knew about each of the vehicles I test drove, made recommendations, and when I decided on a car my husband wanted to wait and see if anyone else could beat. Well yea other brands and dealerships could beat the price for a car that couldn't compete with what Kia had to offer and Rafael was patient with us the whole time he was always available for questions when we called or went in, he would notify me as to when the car color with the features I wanted was on its way and would arrive, he never pressured me or harassed me like the other places and because of that I will always recommend Rafael at Rick Case Kia to anyone in the market for a new car. I purchased a 2018 Stinger GT with 11,000 miles on it exactly one month ago and have to say this is the absolute WORST car buying experience of my life and I have never felt discriminated upon, being a female. To get anything done on my CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED vehicle with 11K miles on it, my fiancé, a male, had to call to get someone just to talk to him about the car. Within 3 days of purchasing the vehicle I noticed the car was veering to the right and spinning tire in the rain. I called immediately and was told to bring it in so they could look at it. After bringing the car in with the two extremely worn tires, I was told it looked fine by management and that it was normal for a car with 11,000 miles to have this much wear and tear and they would not replace it. I was then told to come back the following day to have the service manager look at it. He then told me the same thing. I started crying because within 5 days of purchasing a new car, there was two extremely worn ties, the vehicle needed an alignment, and when you would go to start the car the engine makes a rattling noise. The service manager went to the GM to see if he could get approval for the new tires and he said no again. It was after the third time the Service Manager went back and forth with the GM that he said they would replace one of the tires, but I had to buy the other one. I was hysterical because every management personal was being extremely rude and condescending and the GM wouldn't even come out of his office to greet me or speak to me. This car is a Certified Pre-Owned, with Rick Case claiming to make every experience easy and enjoyable, yet, this has been an absolute nightmare. I can't get any management personal to call me back and must get ahold of a service advisor or my sales guy to take a message and have someone call me back. The only people understanding in this whole situation and agreed that the tires should have been replaced and an alignment done, PRIOR to me getting the car, were the service advisors and the man who helped me purchase my car. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and will NEVER buy from Rick Case Kia again and will be sure to tell every person about this experience. read more

Let me just say that Rick Case Kia was actually the second dealership that we had visited that day. My wife and I had done all the research and knew exactly which car we wanted to lease. We showed up at the first dealership and I'll just say there first offer was $2500 down more than the special offer on Kia's national website. we went back and forth for about an hour and finally left because they refused to come close to the advertised special offer. We went to Rick Case and were met by Frankie Martinez. We found the car, he said "Let's Make this easy, tell me what you can do and we we'll try to make that happen." 10 minutes later we had a deal. Terrible experience. One of their sales guys wore a mask half the time I was there. He interacted with customers and employees less than 6 feet apart without a mask putting people in danger. And no one said anything! Even when I texted their manager giving the feedback on this employee no one answered. I had 2 kids under 2 and they can't wear masks, this employee wasn't following the safety rules that were blatantly posted on their door putting my kids in danger. The employees here lack integrity too. They will bend the truth to get you to do what they want. Arrived today at 10:30am with 2 kids for a trade in and lease. I had already gotten the trade in started to we were hoping to spend 2 hours there max. Ended up leaving at 4:30pm. They strung the entire process along and weren't honest about pricing. The sloppy sales guy Jose told me I would pay $678 per month for my lease and when I went to sign paperwork work it turned into $735 because of tax. Come on be honest. He left out pertinent information about co-signing, etc. Take your business somewhere else for your safety. Oh and when we confronted the manager about Jose he said well if you have a problem don't do business with us then. Yikes! That's how much they care about their customers. read more

I just returned from a visit to your dealership, and I must say I am NOT a happy customer! I was interested in purchasing a 2017 Kia Forte LX which only had just over 300 miles on it. At first the visit was going off really well. Our sales associate Andy Taylor was quite pleasant and helpful with us the whole time. I also like that it was no-pressure and he was very straight up. My folks and I were leaning towards purchasing the car and paying in cash out the door. However the deal went south as soon as the manager Esteban Moreno got involved. He was VERY rude and very condescending and disrespectful, not only to us, but also to our Rep Andy in front of his customers. Originally Andy had offered us a deal which we were considering accepting, but then Mr. Moreno refused to honor that deal, insisting the printed price was the only price he could offer, and basically told us in a very nasty tone to take it or to leave the dealership. His nasty attitude and tone with us basically soured our interest in the vehicle and he talked himself out of a cash sale. I have NEVER had anyone disrespect us like that while purchasing a vehicle, and if this is the standard to which your managers deal with customers and their associates, then I will never buy from your dealership and I will make sure never to recommend you to my friends! read more

And sure enough we had the best of the best service and finally drove out with my 2016 Kia Sedona SXL and I LOVE it. I saw a car online that was supposedly being sold by Rick Case Kia. I called and asked if it was still in stock. I was assured that it was. I immediately went there. They led me around and showed me other cars. They finally admitted that they did not have it. They asked me to wait in an office so they could sell me something else. Classic bait and switch. They are very dishonest. When I got upset, the manager accused me of being rude. Several employees, including two of their managers admitted that their business model is not to check their inventory when someone calls. They just want to get people in the door. I have been a pretty good Rick Case Customer for a very long time. 15 yrs ago, I purchased a Honda Accord from Rick Case and 4 yrs ago I bought a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Rick Case. If it wasn't for the fact that I moved away 12 years ago and then came back, Rick Case probably would have had more of my business. However, I must say that I am truly reconsidering my position on the Rick Case car dealerships. I just recently left a dealership (Rick Case Kia) enraged. The figures were suddenly vague at the end during the "extras" pitch and the interest rate completely changed based on the KIA online advertisement. 2 weeks ago I went to the dealership and inquired about the new NIRO, the figures were not quite there so I decided to think about it. I went to Hollywood KIA to see what they had and got very close to what I wanted. I decided to go back to Rick Case the sales man Alan was professional, helpful and straight forward, as well as polite. So I wanted to give Alan the opportunity to earn my business, and everything was going great until the finance department (Derek) started to change things around. What was must troubling is that he explained something to me and then said I was getting a 500 rebate, when I believed it to be a discount. He explained that that rebate is nothing to the dealership. I then asked why am I paying flat sticker for the car, because rebates are still cash to the dealership. Everything he said didn't make sense from everything I know about car purchasing. Finally, he tried to repeat himself about the rebate and interest rate, and told him that I understood what he was saying and his response was "I don't think you do!" I have never had someone speak to me that way in a setting where they are trying to earn my business. I immediately got my keys and left. I will be looking around for a deal as well calling KIA directly and asking them who they would recommend best to work with in the area. I really have always liked the service at Rick Case, hopefully this is a one time issue, and if it is, Their finance people need training on customer relations. I recently purchased a vehicle from Rick Case Kia. I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them. They completely pulled a bait and switch on my lease contract. I had been shopping around for 2 weeks, and got similar offers from 3 different dealers when I decided to go with Rick Case Kia--which was a big mistake. After negotiating the entire deal over the phone to include a 12,000 mile lease, I went to the dealer to sign all the paperwork. When I got to the dealer, we reviewed the deal to include 12,000 miles per year on the lease. At no time did anyone tell me or did I see that the terms have changed to 10,000 miles. I strictly remember noticing that the agreement read 12,000 miles when signing the lease contract. They don't even give you a hard copy of the lease agreement, instead 20 minutes after signing the agreement they hand you a flash drive and tell you your contract is on it. Little did I know the whole deal that I verbally agreed to and signed for that matter was not the same deal given to me on the flash drive. When I went back to the dealer to complain, they didn't even want to help rectify the situation, all they said was the deal is final and there's nothing they can do. I felt as though they could have done something to mediate the issue at hand, but they completely wanted no part. I feel robbed by this dealer and would not recommend anyone do business with them. I took my car to Rick case Kia for an oil change Daniel looked all around my car he commented how well my car is, after waiting for 3 hour's Daniel said I needed a new anttena I was shocked I never even knew that it was loose, they ordered the part so they said, Daniel called me that the part was in, i went back my son went inside while i got out of the car Daniel came out inspected the car i went inside with my son and Daniel less than 10 minutes I was approached by Elvis and Daniel to do a survey I found that to be wierd and they kept insisting on me doing the survey on the spot I told them I have never done a survey before i get my car back what is the problem they even wanted to do it for me i told Daniel enough i will do it later, even the man across from me said I never heard of such a thing why are they insisting on a survey that makes no since so Daniel gave me my keys i left went home a while after i went outside to get the paperwork for the repairs so i could file them that's when i saw a dent right side bumper i called the dealer they were closed I went back to the dealer the following day my son went inside to get Daniel i asked Daniel what happened to my car all he did was take pictures and that he was going to give it to Elvis the service manager I waited for Elvis to call me back nothing not even a phone call after 4 days i called Elvis said come in wish i did I get there he comes out and says no that did not happen here I'm like yes cause my car did not have any damage when I brought it here and i said now i see why you wanted the survey done on the spot I asked to speak to manager in charge Elvis said he's at lunch i waited 2 hour's when I asked the cashier who was the mod she said he was in front I asked her to please call him when he came up he said Elvis never told him i was waiting to speak to him so we went outside so he could see my car he looked at it he says that did not happen here here I just looked at him and asked him what are you talking about my car had no damage till now he says you probably did it at Publix I'm like really is that how you conduct business by assuming and lying to customers, so I called Rick case secretary no answer i called 4 days straight nothing not even a call back, so I emailed Rick case since January 25th 2019 not a phone call not an email from Rick case, and an the paperwork from the anttena it says i told them my anttena was loose that is a lie Daniel told me it was loose, VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE EVEN FROM RICK CASE VERY POOR. read more

The hood on my car was not opening. I went to Rick Case to see what they would charge me JUST to get my hood opening. They said it would cost $279 JUST to get it opened but not to fix it. I went to my mechanic (Valez) in Hialeah. He got my hood opened, fixed it, change my alternator belt, my power steering belt and my air conditioning belt. Shared his Cuban café with me. And charged me $150 total. Oh yeah, I also didn't have to make an appointment. I walked in on a Saturday 30 minutes before he was supposed to close and he said "No problem, I'll do it today". read more

Every time I come here, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have the waiting room set up with comfy chairs, a popcorn machine, and a coffee maker (both free). They also have a cafe with many different delicious options. Waiting for my car to be serviced isn't so bad with the tv playing and snack choices. This was a horrible attempt at purchasing our car because the sales manager who spoke to us, Ozzie needs customer service training. His attitude toward us was disgusting and he treated us like we were insulting him by being there trying to purchase our car. We went in to buy out our lease and this was the second time we were in the office, we were dealing with another sales person who was fine and seemed to want to help. At some point the sales person fed us to Ozzie who came in like a wolf trying to "explain" something to us. When they realized the buyout price that we got from Kia was lower than they anticipated, they padded the buy out total in the reconditioning fee. We questioned why they would show us different numbers from our first visit and that's when his attitude flipped and he started speaking to us like we weren't worth his time nor energy and he was doing us a favor. I was shocked at his attitude toward us and think he could have handled us as potential customers in a much better way. I was so off put by that entire experience that you would have to pay me to go purchase from them, which is sad because we really love our Kia and would be repeat customers on another car. But not at Rick Case Kia. We drove straight to Gunther Kia which has much better customer service and was able to purchase our car. read more

I am a 29 year old woman and I was taking my parents on vacation and decided to stop and purchase a car on the way to Boca Raton. I had been shopping for a 2017-2018 Sportage EX with the premium package at several dealers throughout the week and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. The initial saleswoman brought in her "closer" that was very rude to me in front of my parents! The sticker price was fine... they tried to add a $1,290 conditioning fee on a 2018 Sportage with only 9k miles. I explained that I understand they want to make a profit, but a bogus fee was not okay. I refused to pay the full price and told them I would purchase the vehicle if they reduced that fee by $890. The closer came down by $750ish. I requested he throw in a set of mats and we could proceed. He told me that the mats were worth $270 and he would not provide them (and we know the dealers get mats in bulk at a deeply discounted rate), that he was doing me a favor by reducing that fee and that he doesn't need to sell me the car. I waited for a smile... a laugh... anything to let me know that he didn't actually insult me in front of my parents. I clarified, and asked if he meant that he could sell to anyone and doesn't want my business. His reply was "Oh, absolutely!" My father did not appreciate the disrespect and told the man there was a better way to negotiate and to not insult his daughter. Needless to say, we took our money elsewhere, because the salespeople would prefer to lose a $25k sale over $890/$750 + floor mats. I was nothing but respectful and upfront with their staff, didn't haggle over the sticker and simply wanted a bogus fee reduced. Terrible terrible service... almost forgot that two salespeople looked me in the eye when I walked in for about 15 seconds, to which I loudly said Hello!! to them first. Only one responded back smh.
