    The showroom is snug although elegantly designed with friendly staff eager to assist without pressure. I explained the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. Prices have gone up the last few years, although the average KIA is still under $45k with a crazy 5 year basic and 20 year powertrain factory warranty. Upstairs there are a plethora of vehicle models and colors to browse at various prices. They offer a full service cafe with low prices per item. The waiting area also had a digital coffee machine which provided unlimited complimentary American Coffee or other genres for only $2.00 a cup.

    I purchased two cars from this location. One had to be ordered. My salesperson keep me in the loop every step of the way. Once my car arrived, he sent me a pic of my car o. The truck. I immediately went to the dealership, signed my paperwork and was not within an hour. The process was easy and not intimidating. They have a great selection of new and used cars as well.

    What's usually a pretty dreadful experience was actually quite the opposite when I came in looking for a new car. Artem, the salesman, was incredibly friendly & he didn't once make it feel like he was pressuring me into anything. Considering I came in with my mom, I felt as if the salesman, manager & financing employee were all respectful & didn't try to take advantage of us. I came in on a Sunday later in the afternoon but there wasn't a time it seemed like we were being rushed. Much like these things always go, we had to talk our way into a good deal with a few counter offers, but once all was said & done I can honestly say I was satisfied with the outcome. I've had less than enjoyable experiences doing this before at other dealerships but I can't say the same for Sunrise. If you're in the market for a new car I'd recommend checking this location out. Be sure to ask for Artem also!

    I came to Rick Case Kia to buy a brand new K5. My car was unfortunately impacted by the Fort Lauderdale floods and had been searching for a an upgrade for weeks. All dealerships in the area were charging an arm and a leg over MSRP until I came in here. I was able to work with Frank who was a great salesman. I told him I was not paying over MSRP and after a few hours of negotiating we were able to get what I was looking for. I was very happy with my experience there as well as the perks that Rick Case offers. The unlimited free car wash's is a nice touch. Would definitely come back for another car!

    Our daughter decided to total our car so we needed to buy a new one. All joking aside, she is ok and we began the new car process. We are in an over pay for MSRP time so I made sure that we got the best deal possible. If you don't know how to negotiate, then find someone who does. Thankfully, I am one of the best land sharks that there are and we were able to beat the system. Very happy with the process and with working with Urlin and his manager.

    Had a really good experience here today when l buying a car for my son. Our salesman Artem was just amazing. I never once felt like he was pressuring us or pushing us to buy something we didn't want. Ryan the manager and Jamal in financing were just as nice. I was actually dreading having to go deal with the whole buying a car scenario and this was so far from what I expected to deal with. I actually had leased a car for my son there a few years ago and the experience was the complete opposite due to a really obnoxious and unprofessional manager at the time. The car is beautiful and all in all it was a very pleasant experience!

    Absolute disaster, after selling my car and signing over the paperwork, the service manager and general manager won't give me my check until I delete all my other reviews. Absolute blackmail. Not in a million years would I have taught I would find myself in a situation where my basic rights are being threaten.

    Do not buy a car in this place, the worst dealer. They crashed my car and nobody took responsibility of it. I spoke with two managers Joe Benitez and Jimmy Contreras and the solution for them was that I need to call the insurance company and deal with the accident knowing that I was not involved. But the worst was Joe Benitez, he was senseless about my feelings because it was my first car. They both have zero customer service training nor they care about customer satisfaction.

The…read morefirst time, they tried to force me to buy a vehicle without even letting me see it, and on top of that, they were rude. I walked out. This time, I called to see if we could make a deal on a truck. As usual, they added over $7,000 in hidden fees and demanded 20%-30% down, saying "that's what everyone does." That's not a deal -- that's pressure. I told them I wasn't interested. I found another truck I liked: a 2024 with 20,000 miles listed at $55,000. I clearly told them I would buy it the same day if they sold it for $50,000, with $20,000 down and financing the remaining $30,000, no hidden fees. That's a serious, clean offer. Their response? "We'll call you back." They never did. Honestly, I'm glad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This dealership clearly doesn't know how to do business -- they only know how to ask for money. They don't understand that you have to sell cars to make money, and not everyone is desperate to buy a new vehicle. There are plenty of other dealerships that actually know how to work with customers.

Ironically in midst of this, a former finance director texted me about a totally unrelated thing-his attempting to solicit his new biz since hes no longer with Auto Nation...what a joke... Countless years & deals in the past and yet I will NEVER buy another vehicle here. I let certain things slide on my deal from 7/25 which should've been done but I dealt with it...but a mess from jump and still going...trying to get warranty canceled. Bites that my friend & sales guy on all deals neglected to respond to current issue, so now I'm done with this place...

M She gets back to me calling me a different name, talking about a different truck. Understandable, a mix up. Again, I asked what I needed to do to hold the truck. She starts asking me how much money I want to put down, do I want to do financing through them, etc. No, I want to HOLD the truck. What is necessary? She tells me I "probably have to fill out an application and a deposit". I say ok. She then tells me that holding a car for 3-4 days is long there. Never heard that before from a dealership, but whatever. A few hours go by and I ask for a status. I haven't received an application and I again reiterate that I am willing to apply for financing for the vehicle. She tells me the manager has been at auction and will be in soon. A couple hours later she texts to say that they no longer put holds on vehicles. Then she calls me. I again reiterate that I will apply for purchase of the vehicle but I will not buy it if I haven't even seen it. She starts saying "you never mentioned taking delivery of it- when can we schedule that?" GGRRRRRRRRRRR. Last time- I will apply to purchase it. I will put a down payment on it. I will not be able to see it until this weekend. I will not guarantee I will buy it until I have seen it and driven it. She again says they can deliver it. NEVERMIND. I hung up on her. 22 texts, several phone calls, all day long. Just for me to possibly give them money.

    LONG AND DETAILED REVIEW!!…read more I've contemplated doing this review for a LONG time now but decided to go forward with it being as honest as possible. 5 months ago my wife & I went to this dealer after a deal fell through at another dealership. We arrived at the lot and we were greeted by Ivan(nice guy) he wasn't pushy at all. We explained our situation to him and told him we both have HORRIBLE CREDIT and were looking for an affordable car. Ivan took us inside to one of the financial managers, JC, who went over our options(3 cars). all 3 cars were over $18K, we expressed our concern and were told not to worry, they will work with us. We came back the next day, test drove the cars , and picked 2( ford fusion and Volkswagen) of the 3 to continue with and see which would be our best option. Both cars were priced over $25K. The reasoning was that they wanted to get us into a " reliable and safe car while still being affordable and anything cheaper would not be safe and harder to finance". JC worked with us on getting us approved on a loan with the ford (most expensive) because it had " wiggle room to add the fees to make the loan work" ..whatever that meant. However, they advised we find someone that has better credit or gets paid more than my wife and I. My dad agreed to help us. JC worked hard and for that we are extremely appreciative. However, after finding out the total amount(which was not disclosed) we thought if he " worked hard to actually help us or just to make a deal"... This was an ALL day type of deal.ultimately, the contract ended up being under my fathers name because "he gets paid more than us" even though he has awful credit as well. Again at this point, we were super appreciative. They sat us down, started adding fees. They added their extended warranty which they never informed us it was optional, dealer fees, other warranties fees. At this point they still hadn't told us the final amount. They did tell us monthly we're looking at $701 a month. " yes that's due to bad credit". My wife and I talked about it as it's super expensive for a used 2020 car with 2 crashes, and being that we needed a vehicle and all the time wasted at that point,we agreed to move forward. They pushed us into leaving a positive google review. We even left the dealer at 10pm and received a text message the next day reminding us about the review. Upon going over the contract at home, with addition to the car price and all their hidden fees, we are left with a $52K loan for 7 years... At that point, we are very upset but nothing could be done. This is where the most upsetting part is... Couple days later; left blind spot monitoring light stays constantly on and car is making a screeching noise when being driven. We start noticing small roaches are crawling on the dash, carpet, and leather seat, we thought maybe it was cause the cat was sitting at their lot for some time. ( after multiple car washes &vacuums and roach bait, traps the roaches are a big issue). 2 weeks later, I looked at the tires since the left front tire was CONSTANTLY low in air. I saw the ENTIRE circumference of the tire was peeled on the interior part. No idea how that could happen. We took it to them and we were told they wouldn't even take a look at the car until I changed the tires, so I did. Days later, we Then Took it back to their service to get an oil change and to Informed them of what is going on and now the CV and axle are clanking when i am driving. Ivan (sales guy) told us he would speak to a service tech to get us an appointment, never happened. THE SAME DAY After the oil change, THE CAR STARTS MAKING AN AWFUL METAL ON METAL NOISE WHEN BREAKING, turns out the break pad scratched a rear rotor. Changed all 4 break pads and both rear rotors with my mechanic( they wanted to charge $500 for just the break pad change) So here we are, paying $701/month for a car infested with roaches, paying out of pocket for new tires, new break/rotors, and the ISSUES WE COMMUNICATED ARE STILL PRESENT and adding on MORE. We feel like they are just giving a run around with the services needed, knowing the extended warranty is for a limited time. after communicating with Ivan, he just gave up on being the nice guy and trying to help and gave me the service managers phone number. They will " help " you get a car here, but it just might be for their interest, not the customer( you) and BE PREPARED TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY OUT OF POCKET FOR EXPENSES.
