Since it was an eye contact exam, they also taught me to take out the eye contacts and put it back in. I was having difficulty and it took me nearly an hour to put them in, but the girl at front was so patient with me and encouraging. I was given a trial pair of contacts for a week and a follow up appointment. I will definitely be coming back due to the knowledge and kindness!

I visited the Santa Ana location, got an eye exam, but forgot to ask for my prescription. It's Federal Law that you be provided with your prescription in writing at the time of your exam WHETHER YOU ASK FOR IT OR NOT. Now I can't get my prescription. They rarely answer the phone. When I did talk to somebody they said they can't send me my prescription. Instead, I was told that I had to create an account in the "patient portal" to get my prescription. I created my account but my prescription can't be found. There's an "ask a question" feature but when I submitted a question it said there was an "error" and I needed to "try again later". Then I tried getting hold of the Santa Ana location but calls just go to voicemail although I'm calling during their posted business hours. They need to be reported for non-compliance to the law.
