Rick fixed my washer. My only complaint are his prices. He charged me $200 to fix a $30 part. Seems excessive. $100 service call.

I'm shocked they don't have a review on here. Stellar service, spot on time, reasonable cost, and…read moregreat customer experience overall. Scott came out and made quick work of my needed repair, didn't try to sell me anything, told me exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. They will get all of my calls and they'll be the first I recommend to anyone.

After their diagnostic, they told me two parts needed to be replaced and quoted me roughly $500 for parts and labor. I paid them. Their technician came out, replaced the parts, claimed the dryer was working perfectly, and left. The dryer still did not work. I then had to call them back out four separate times to reassess why the dryer still wasn't functioning. Every single visit was the same: the repairman would stay maybe 10-20 minutes, insist the dryer was fixed this time, and leave -- only for the dryer to remain just as broken as before. When I called for a fifth visit, I was told they would not come back until I had my dryer vents professionally cleaned because they believed that was the "real issue." Even though I knew that wasn't the problem, I paid another $200 to have the vents cleaned just so they would honor the labor warranty they supposedly "stand behind." That warranty turned out to be completely meaningless. On the sixth visit, the technician spent maybe 10 minutes at my house before once again claiming everything was fixed and speeding off. The dryer still did not work at all. At that point, we requested a different technician come take a look. Appliance Pro acted genuinely inconvenienced by the idea that maybe, after six failed attempts over the span of more than a month, a second opinion might be warranted. The second technician arrived and immediately admitted the original two parts never needed to be replaced in the first place. He openly stated he wasn't sure what his coworker had been doing during the previous half dozen visits. Then came the punchline: the part that actually needed replacing would cost another $188. At that point, I told them to leave. Because I made the mistake of calling Appliance Pro, I am now out roughly $700 and have been without a working dryer since May. Honestly, if I had gone to an ATM, withdrawn $700 in cash, driven home, and thrown it directly into my fireplace, it would have been more useful than giving that money to Appliance Pro. There are really only two possible explanations for how this business operates. The less likely explanation is that they are displaying a level of incompetence that is almost unbelievable. The more likely explanation is that this is simply a scam operation that survives by taking advantage of customers -- especially elderly ones who may be more vulnerable to this kind of nonsense. If Appliance Pro disagrees with either of those assessments, I would genuinely love to hear what the third explanation is.
