In between I fell into the idea of buying a BRAND New washer from Best Buy, it was a top of the line, water-saving " side door washer with no spinner. It broke in two yrs, the technician came to fix it but I just didn't like it. Thank goodness that I kept my used Maytag washer and dryer and I'm still using them. I also purchased a used refrigerator from this seller for the garage and they are great!! My daughter moved out and we purchased a refrigerator from this seller. We have recommended this seller to our friends and family. Please know these are used appliances and some are inside the store or outside therefore risking from the outer elements like spiders, roaches or other outside bugs. The appliances are clean but maybe some have been sitting there a while? I have NEVER had the experience of finding bugs or roaches but I read the comments of other buyers and Yes it's scary to see it and to have in your home. But you can aso have this risk with other department stores too! Bugs are small and they can creep up anytime. I tell my family if you're buying make sure to inspect it very well. Take a bottle of Clorox or something to clean it and also take a bottle of raid to spray outside and under the appliances before loading it into the truck, wait a few minutes while the seller makes the receipt. The seller and the wife are in the store. He is a quiet person a man of few words, he shows you what you want and gives you choices to review. He gives you his opinion on what's the best for you. No wonder they left quickly. Upon starting to disinfect the fridge I found baby roaches. I immediately contacts them and asked them to pick it up. Not even 30 minutes after they left! They refused. They offered me my money back and I told them they could keep the delivery fee, still they didn't want to pick it up. Once I told him that if they didn't pick it up tonight (July 8, 2014) I would send them the extermination invoice. they stopped all communication. DO NOT purchase anything from them... Unless you want your home infested with roaches!! I ended up paying $120 (which the business has not offered to reimburse) to a couple of movers to get the refrigerated roach colony out of my house! The earliest they can come get the fridge is 10 a.m. on July 9, 2014. They may be use to living with roaches but I certainly am not. Again I say, BUYER BEWARE!!!
