With all this rain in Northern California my truck began to leak near the windshield. The previous summer I had to replace my windshield and believed it to be a bad install. That wasn't the case. It ended up being my sunroof drains were clogged and a auto body shop had the proper tools to fix the issue. I only bring my car to Rick's and even though they were backlogged on wrecked vehicles (winter time crashes) and I had to catch a flight later in the afternoon for a family emergency, Rick's fit me in and fixed the issue within 2 hours as they understood further water leakage would lead to damage. I made my flight and was relieved they were able to fit me in. Thanks again for great service and as usual I will only use Rick's. I recently had a fender bender and needed some body work. My insurance company provided some body shops in the area, but I remember hearing great things about Rick's Body and Paint and asked if I could take my car there...they agreed. From first contact (JR) I received fast, friendly and professional service. I had performed the initial insurance estimate via their mobile phone app so JR scheduled me for the next day to perform Rick's on-site supplement estimate (midday Monday). JR & Nathan quickly communicated with my insurance company and coordinated the supplemental estimate info and were all set for the repair; quarter-panel & bumper replacement and three stage re-paint. Everything was completed and ready for pickup early that Friday. And while I never met the repair team, their work was flawless; my car looked showroom new. Plus, all done in essentially just 3 days. Pretty amazing when you consider awaiting parts and working with an insurance company...I was ecstatic. However, Rick's Body and Paint made it a smooth and stress free experience. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with their work. If you have an issue, they will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied. There are no surprises. They stand by their word. In addition, they don't try to overcharge you for things you don't need and are thorough when making repairs on your car. The ambience of the waiting area is really nice. It's very clean and tidy with beverages which include,soda, coffee and water. There are scented candles which I thought was a nice touch. It gives the room a pleasant smell. The seats are comfortable and plush. Bottomline: I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to get auto body and paint repairs done on their car. J.R and his cousin are awesome. I had front end damage on my vehicle due to my negligence / an angry racoon on a dark road. I called Rick's and they made an appointment for me to come in. It took a little bit of time since everything everywhere is backordered and it isn't their fault for this. Everything did come out looking nice and all the front paint chips aren't there anymore.
