We had a totally crushed truck that sat at our house for a month why we decided what to do with it. We read quite a few good reviews about Rick's Collision and refinishing. I sent him some pictures of the damage. He ball parked a quote for us. He really needed to see the truck to get a nd turns due to the trucks front end damage. Rick apologized about being so busy. Rick said it would be at least 2 days before he could even start working on it. I went back to his shop 4 days later to pay him some money and discuss a few things that also needed fixing. I was pleasantly surprised on how the truck looked it didn't have a bumper or grill yet but the hood, fender and all the damage was already fixed. Then a few days later Rick wanted me to come pick up my pickup truck. Looking at the truck in his shop was like being in a time machine and going back 13 years and driving it off the lot for the first time it looked brand new. Driving it back home even the interior was clean. I was looking at the dashboard noticing how clean everything was then I saw the odometer 98,000. That was the only thing that gave away the trucks age. I highly recommend Rick's Collision & Refinishing they Really did a great job. The final bill was very close to the quote over the phone if it wasn't for the damage to the air conditioner it would have been even closer. Rick's shop is very quick and efficient. Rick and his wife Cassandra are the owners of this small business and really know how to make customers feel good about a very bad experience. (Hit and Run) They did so many things to help me through this situation and I am very grateful for their kindness. They saved me money in every way they could think of, going so far as to give me prices on different parts of the process so that, if I could get it for less somewhere else to help my bottom line. I highly recommend this business. I am a repeat customer at Rick's collision. My first visit was damage to the side of my car from road debris and damage on the back of my vehicle from a screw on my garage door. They did an amazing job on the bodywork. Then I wound up having another issue with the side panel in my hatchback. I had the car at my dealership for a pit stop and requested a quote on the panel. They neglected to give me a quote and it was late in the day so I figured I would reach out on another day. Then I thought about Rick's collision and wondered if they did those kind of repairs. I reached out to them and found out they did. Cassandra handled everything with efficiency and kept me up to date on the details. (She is awesome and besides that, she loved my dog and spoiled him while we were there). I believe the price I was originally quoted was around $240.00. Did an abundance of research on body shops in southern AZ. after a deer collision beat up my recently purchased "like new" Accord. Cassandra answered every question I had from start to finish. I knew right away this is where I was going to have my vehicle repaired. The communication was on point, all quesitions answered clear and concise, nothing is more comforting than updates on your car's status every step of the way. The quality of work done 5 stars from materials used, paint and fitment. Not only is the owner Ruck the type of guy who will explain every step of the repair process even if your not a car guy or gal. Ricks exceeded my expectations on all Fronts. Casandra was on top of communication and dealing with insurance (and lots of other things). Rick created a body repair that seems pretty perfect to me. Repair was on time and under budget (how many times have you been able to say that about an auto repair). This jeep had been towed behind an RV for the last 18 months and so, well, let's just say it was not clean. So then to top it off Rick's washed and I think waxed the jeep prior to returning it to me. Got in an accident and messed up my Jeep Grand Cherokee's front end. I did not even think twice about where I was taking it. I contacted him the same day. THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC, I had a hit and run while my car was parked at my nephews place on the southside. Rick from Rick's Collison put my Cavalier back in one piece. After getting 5 estimates I was going to go with the lowest, a national chain. At the last minute I went with my gut. It was the right thing to do. They not only gave me a very fair estimate on repairs but also gave me some other recommendations on my tires and provided me with some names of auto repair shops in the Tucson area that were honest and fair. I drive a Dodge Challenger R/T and when I pulled into a parking spot the cement parking curb had a metal rod sticking up. When I backed out it yanked my front bumper partially out and dislodged my passenger side fog light. We brought it in the Rick and he was able to fix it up perfectly, and he even went above and beyond to wash my car before I picked it up.
