But, after we decided that we would split an appetizer and an entree, the table for two became way to small way too quickly. Geovani jumped right on this, suggesting we move to a larger table. He helped us move everything over and, voila, we were able to stretch out and relax and enjoy our meal. We started with the pear and blue cheese salad and, wow, we could have just ordered this, split it, and we would have been full. Very flavorful, generous portion that is definitely big enough to share. We also ordered the Sausage & Leek Fettuccine and I was definitely not thinking. Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. I been a loyal customer here and they just act like bitches every time i go especially this old lady with glasses who without telling me charged almost $4 for a grilled cheese!!! really? ....REALLY.... are you guys starving or something. On top of that i ask her why its so much she said "look at your receipt and rudely walked away. After 4 months of coming here. Always can count on Ricks Burgers for a good breakfast, lunch or dinner. The word is QUALITY. Im not kidding everything here you can taste the quality, love the seasoned fries!.... Before New Update after several times coming here it seems the ladies are starting to not like me or my friend, they have this annoyed face when i get there and when i or my hubby call and order they sounded rude. As you all know I am a bbq beef girl and I gave 5 stars reviews every time, I also told you to get the bbq beef. It seems they have not been able to put the bbq sauce on the bbq beef or on the side? This pissed me off since we have been promoting Rick's. One more try before I switch to Jersey Mije's who has a to die for bbq beef, they will keep us as customers.
