Wow just WOW! After being charged $600. by PALS Costa Mesa that did not fix my machine with zero support, I purchased a new machine which had started acting up (I used it ALOT during CV19). I was hesitant to even get another machine repaired, thinking it would be less expensive and time consuming to purchase another machine (albeit it would be a serious downgrade) but at this time I was unable to even put myself in a machine that would match what I needed it to do. I hit google to find independant repair shops and started getting quotes for my Singer Futura XL-580. They began at $350!
