I recently had my mower services at a Moe's run by E&H hardware. It was returned to my barely…read morerunning. When they came back and picked it up they said they would get to it shortly. It's been two weeks. I called and was told that E&H corporate has severly cut their staff, no one is every available to even answer the phones, one of the two maintenance guys seems to driving all day doing on site work while one guy is left to try and fix everything people have dropped off. It's turned into a total SH$t show. I like the people that work at the store and I've been going here for 20 years but the cut to their workers will make me probably go elsewhere. My mower still sits there as I write this. It's been two weeks since they picked up my barely running mower (which was just returned to me two days prior) and my mower has yet to be looked at. Getting pretty pathetic. This is the Springboro, Ohio Location although when I called the Columbus location they said they have had the same cut backs and it's hurting their customers as well.

I needed to return an item and had the order number and receipt pulled up on my phone. Well, Jeremy at the customer service desk was able to turn a 30 second return into a 15 minute ordeal! When I showed him my return documentation, he said I needed to have a printed receipt and to go over to that kiosk, swipe my method of payment, and get a printed receipt. Before I was able to tell him I didn't have my Menards card with me, he was on to the next customer. I had to get back at the end of the long return line and about 13 minutes later, Mia saved the day and returned the item in less than 30 seconds.....the way it should've been done 15 minutes earlier. So, I can't recommend this location.
