I was nervous going to meet him to sell and get rid of my 14k, 18k, 22k, 24k white and yellow gold and some small platinum earrings. Prices were very competitive, based on spot + a set %, the selection was excellent, and they even sold me a spot-priced silver bar and gave me a complimentary 1963 half dollar, which was a very appreciated gesture. As a collector travelling from overseas, I couldn't have asked for better service. My request might have been less expensive at a different store (and they turned down my request to melt down another piece of mine to make a ring, because they don't do that in-house) but their customer service is top notch.
