Rico Bakery & Cafe is a hidden gem in Little Havana!! It's a small shop with really friendly staff and everyday that I went to visit during my recent vacation it was always full of locals. Once I had my first pastry and coffee here, I completely understood why. Everything that I tried was really good but my all time favorites (wish I had some right now) were the... + Colada (Cuban espresso drink with 3-6 shots, it's delicious and addictingg) + Croquettes + Guava/Guava & Cheese pastry !!!! (they're a dollar and filled with goodness) + Chicken empanadas I can not wait to be back in Miami come back to this bakery.

Friendly staff. Some bakery options. Decent cafe con leche. Toast needed a little more butter. Fair prices.

Was headed back home when I realized I was in Miami and needed Cuban coffee and pastries. Very cute spot for breakfast on a weekend. I don't speak Spanish but still felt welcomed and was able to order coffee, croquettes and empanadas easily. This place is bustling and typical Cuban bakery serving different breads, pastries and even cakes that you can order. They have an outside ordering window so you won't even have to go inside. Everything I got was delicious. Highly recommended stopping by for some quick service and traditional Cuban treats!

Getting to Little Havana was an experience, our Uber driver was about to take us to residential area... I inputted the address for the bakery from Yelp. + Cashier & service ladies were nice, but spoke Spanish only. + Assorted Pastries & Desserts, not labeled so it was a guessing game. + Used my limited Spanish to order a Cuban Cafe con Leche and Croquetta. We were confused about receipt, lol it said "24,48 (commas instead of decimal points) + I ordered two of each empanada and guava pastry. Given two white boxes and a bag. + Small seating stools and tables and outside pick up window. I guess it's ok to come by when you are in the area you can judge for yourself... gave it a fair "3"

What stands out to me with Domaselo is that they're very proud of their bread and it shows in their consistent friendly customer service. They're also willing to offer samples to ensure you will enjoy your loaf at home - all you have to do is ask! I will say, depending on what time you arrive they may be sold out on certain options - you may want to order online for pickup (or delivery) if you are set on ordering a certain choice. There is plenty of parking available especially with how fast moving the line is. They have multiple flavors (listed in pics) with pricing. Don't be intimidated by what may seem like higher than normal prices for bread, once you take your first bite you'll know it's money well spent. What makes it exciting to come back is that they come out with new flavors so you're always in for a surprise. P.S: there is fresh butter and chocolate hazelnut spread for sale, and I notice the butter is always sold out! I will definitely make sure to try these one day!

It's been a while since I've gone to a restaurant and the service and food quality was so amazing that it literally made me stop in my tracks but here we are! I started with a hot mocha latte. I am a coffee snob and this drink was made to perfection! Absolutely delicious and I didn't want the cup to end! It was the perfect balance of smoothness and warmth and it was sweetened perfectly! For breakfast, I decided to get the mushroom toast and it was amazing! I was skeptical about the ricotta addition but it was spread on the toast like butter, very plentiful and tasty! That along with the other ingredients used made it taste exceptional! Perfect price point too! I was more than satisfied! Last but not least the service by host staff and waiters was top tier. Very attentive and lots of smiles! They genuinely seemed happy to have me and treated me like a guest in their home. I genuinely can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu! There's no seating and no public restrooms--just a straightforward counter for takeout or picking up pre-orders. On weekends, the line definitely snakes around the building if you don't arrive early, but they keep spirits high with a flavored water dispenser and the occasional sample to tease your tastebuds. From baked goods to breads to even some savory treats, you want to check this gem out! The baked goods are a total evolution of the craft. Their filled croissants are legendary, with the Dulce de Leche and Pistachio being absolute fan favorites that live up to the hype. If you're looking for their mini croissants, just keep in mind those are made to order. However, the true star of the show is the Pavlova. It is a next-level masterpiece, but it requires a few days' notice, so make sure to plan your visit accordingly. It's a hidden Miami treasure that proves you don't need a fancy dining room when the food is this good.
