We were thrilled with the Ride in Bliss service. We booked the service right before our flight and were amazed how smoothly and professionally it all worked out. It didn't feel last minute at all. The emails that came in communicated confirmation and perfect next steps on how to connect once we arrived. The carseats were in excellent condition and exactly what we needed to make it home with our two children. The little touches show just how much care and awareness the service has for those traveling with children. The relief of being taken care of late at night trying to get home with two small children is everything with a service like this. I travel often for work and have used multiple car services, but this is a company in a league of its own. Worth every penny. We used Ride In Bliss round trip to the airport on 6/3 and 6/7. Our driver went above and beyond in every way. The attention to detail is unmatchable. As a parent, its stressful trying to figure out how to get to the airport without having to bring car seats. He arrived a few minutes early and sent us a text. It was a brand new, clean Toyota Sienna with hand sanitizer and wipes in each section of the car. Our driver had on a crisp suit and a mask, extremely professional and kind. He got our bags in the trunk and let us know about our Starbucks order carefully placed in each seat. The kids were also provided with snacks, juice, and water. Those car seats were installed really well! He still asked us if they were installed okay which I appreciated. He confirmed we had all our important items (phone, keys, wallet, and charger). When you're ready to go on vacation these things do slip your mind so it was a good reminder. We were able to play what we wanted but since we had the kids he already had kids music going. Our driver was lovely to talk to and you can tell was a Master of his craft. The ride was smooth and we were early to our flight. The ride back we had the same driver who texted to let us know when we were ready with our belongings. We hadn't ordered any coffee but was surprised that he had one for my husband and a mango dragon fruit refresher for me! The kids were surprised with a pizza from Panera. Bless this man because he listened to baby shark.....on repeat.... in traffic. My fellow parents, you know how our kids won't let that song go. Considering how stressful our actual vacation was, this was delightful to come home to. Our driver got to know us on such a short trip and went the extra mile. We booked with Ride in Bliss because of the stellar reviews and the fact that we needed an infant/toddler friendly service to get to the airport for 5 of us (including two seniors). We were not disappointed. They were prompt, the minivan was well equipped with snacks and beverages, and there was a kid friendly CD playing the whole way which satisfied my toddler. They charge a more than fair price for what they provide and we'll be using them again. This is in response to the company's comment below on my review. My question is: I have taken 5 rides with 6 luggages (standard for 3 international passengers) in a SUV with Ride in Bliss always so why was it never a problem then?? The vehicle was always ready and we never had this situation. Pavel himself did two of the rides. A Mercedes Sprinter is completely unnecessary. The front seat was piled with items, an additional carseat was installed, and the 2nd row was not folded down which you are not acknowledging. Hence there was not enough space for the luggages. At booking the system suggests an SUV (which I have almost always gotten) and I selected approx. 6 luggages. Moreover my husband did not himself place anything by his knees. Tudor placed the luggage in front of me and literally put the stroller on top of my husband. Please do not use the waiting time to cover up for this. As a company learn to own up to your mistakes. read more

Online booking was a cinch, and we got detailed instructions, car description, and contact info by email the days before. I called Pavel when we grabbed our bags, and he met us at passenger pickup within minutes -- no waiting! The car seat was already installed, and he had coffee and tea for us too. I have always had favorable service with Ride in Bliss as I've used this company several times. However, my morning flight was cancelled during the night by the airline. I woke up early and discovered this and immediately asked Ride in Bliss for an adjusted pick up time as Delta had booked me on a flight that departed 3 hours later. Ride in Bliss would not accommodate this change, nor give me a refund. My round trip cost with Ride in Bliss was $350 and I thought that a company of this caliber would either accommodate the change made by the airline or refund me. They were willing to do neither. They only offered to pick me up at the original time of 530AM for a 12 PM departure. The company policy is no changes within 24 hours. This wasn't a change made by me. Beware of this company as airlines have become so unreliable. Also, the car company in New York accommodated the change without issue. read more

Don't use this company, there are much better ones. When I called to ask a question I was met with an abrasive, obnoxious person on the other end of the line. He kept interrupting me and insisting that if I didn't like the way they did business I should cancel the reservation. Customer service 101 what NOT to do. My question related to tipping: I was asking why the tip of 20% had already been applied 3 days before the pick up; I am happy to pay a tip but that was not explained to us beforehand and its presumptuous to pre-charge 20% on an $85 fare. I would have preferred to pay cash depending on the level of service (which is the very nature of a tip) especially given that I would have my wife and infant son with me and therefore needed assistance with luggage, car seat etc. They also charge a $25 "administrative fee" for canceling 3 days in advance. Ridiculous. As I said, there are better companies out there. read more
