More concerning, however, was that during this interaction, she directed a racial slur toward me by calling me a "Black bitch." This behavior is not only unprofessional--it is discriminatory, offensive, and completely unacceptable in any setting. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and investigated immediately. Incidents like this reflect poorly on your establishment and create a hostile and unsafe environment for patrons.
