It is important to remember that this is not a restaurant but a place to eat inside of a sports bar. With that said, i have visited a couple of times and had a decent experience. The wait staff seem to also be bartenders, so they generally are busting their butts keeping the bar customers and food customers helped. Service isn't necessarily prompt or attentive but they are all really friendly and helpful. Given these conditions, the service is good. The food is decent. I don't remember what I ordered on a previous visit, but I regretted not getting something cajun, as I am a huge fan and it is a lot of the menu. This time I did get the chicken and shrimp gumbo and it was OK, but kind of bland. The portions are reasonable. Next time I would probably get a burger or something more grill specific and probably have a better meal. read more

Not a bad place at all. We we're meeting at friend and she wanted to meet here. We went with a pizza and I got a side of cornbread. The pizza wasn't bad at all. Had a nice crunch to it and I definitely wanna try it again, but with extra toppings. The cornbread was ok. Their main entrance on the left will take you to a counter where you can place/pick up to-go orders only, but we were greeted by the friendly owner who told us we could dine inside next door at Kelley's Pub and Patio. The inside is what you would expect from your typical bar, dark moody atmosphere with several tv screens, billiard games, etc. We tried an order of mozzarella sticks, the fried catfish snack which came with a side of fries and Texas toast, added a side of loaded grits, and finally one of their most popular dishes, the chicken & shrimp gumbo. Everything tasted very good. The grits had strips of crisped collard greens which I thought were very unique and had a nice taste. Their chicken & shrimp gumbo I also enjoyed, but it was different than the traditional style. Delicious. I got the wings and the shrimp and chicken gumbo, and basically inhaled it as quickly as the portion sizes allowed. The wings were crunchy and the jerk sauce was interestingly cinnamon-y, the shrimp were huge and juicy, and the gumbo was just the right level of spice and salt and umami. Passed through Columbus for the weekend to hang w some friends and took a chance to try their food. Mind you, this was takeout. The greens? On point. The mac and cheese? Thick, creamy, and delicious. Many places fail me in this area bc the roux is too runny. Theirs was def not. Chicken strips? Okay. I did not realize that I was going to get homemade, well-seasoned chicken strips. Perfect rice, chicken and sausage, onions and peppers, and moderate heat. We got red beans and rice to go for Sweetie, and she said it was very good but a bit spicy for her. Only one guy in the kitchen when I arrived. I waited a bit since I hadn't seen the email earlier that my food would be ready 30 min late. Once I got my food, a guy who was likely the owner asked how I had heard of them. I'm guessing they want to do more promo. They don't seem as well known yet but they should be! I had ordered the 6 wings with jerk sauce and a side of collard greens. Delicious! I was licking my fingers. The seasoning was so good! The wings aren't jumbo, it's doable to eat all 6. This place is just fantastic! We have eaten here three times and the food is terrific, the burgers are always perfect and the fries are the best I've had in a very long time. The greens are what sent me over the edge, absolutely delicious, I could eat them every day. I have not tried carryout yet although we plan to, we actually ended up here after a concert. We had reservations at a fancy place before the show and were severely disappointed and afterwards we were starving so we stopped in and were so happy we did. I had the sausage gumbo. The menu said it was grilled jumbo shrimp with pork andouille sausage. Mine did not have any sausage in it. I called them and they said it was supposed to have sausage. So they had an oversight there. The shrimp was nicely done, but without the sausage the meal was just mostly rice. Not when I expected for $21. Be advised that they have some outdoor seating but there is no indoor seating. This is primarily a carry out place. Why did I wait so long to get carry out from here? I live close by, but my wife isn't a big fan of Cajun food. So I waited until she was out and I ordered some carry out for me. I tried Ridiculous Eatz for the first time and it was an interesting experience. I did pickup and was not aware it was a warehouse location where other restaurants have pickup locations. When you walk in, you check in on the iPad by picking your name. Then you get in line to pick up your food. I got the snack ribs which came with Texas toast and fries. I also got a side of greens. I was so hungry I ate the toast and a piece of ribs before taking a pic lmao. I expected 3 ribs for the snack but it came with four. The ribs were okay I felt like they were a bit over cooked. They weren't falling off the bone tender and I had some trouble pulling them apart to eat. I also wish it had more barbecue sauce, but overall the flavor was good. It came with a lot of fries as you can see and they were good without ketchup! The greens were a bit salty but I enjoyed them. I recommend trying them regardless and plan to try them again but getting something else because their grits and gumbo looks good (my friends got these meals) and their portions are worth the price! read more

We took a chance on a whim and glad we found this spot! Bae got the shrimp and grits and jerk tossed wings. He loved the touch of sautéed collards in the shrimp and grits. The jerk sauce was not his fav but he tasted my wings without any sauce and plans to come back for more. I also got a yummy side salad (a real salad with plenty of green and veggies). Something so simple but pet peeve is when restaurants give you a bowl of iceberg lettuce with dressing and call it a salad. This was not the case here. Cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and spring mix. I also tried the cinnamon waffles and they were perfect! Overall we took leftovers and enjoyed our meal. Oh and the server/bartender was amazing! I ate lunch there and got takeout for dinner, plus it shared with a friend, so I've gotten to try the catfish platter, shrimp gumbo, mac and cheese, collards, red beans and rice, and cornbread everything was great.
