Available as 4 ounce or 8 ounce, your base: (salad. Sandwhich bun, on a plate (bulk) or with Mac (I assume that is mac & cheese. Then they had a case of sides. I agree with Mark that the sauces aren't necessary here. I ate my meats (ribs and brisket) without the sauce. There is enough flavor on the meats in my opinion. We went with Nashville hot, Steph's Way, and toxic sauce for the cauliflower bites. Portions were fantastic for the price. The Nashville hot was my favorite. Not too hot with just enough kick. The Steph's Way was a bit salty, but had a nice lemony flavor. All wing meat was cooked perfectly. Food is cooked to order and they will text you when ready.
