My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Rifkin for over 20 years now. During that time we have moved a few times and always further away from her office. While we have changed Md's each time to be closer, we have remained patients of Dr. Rifkin for two very important but basic reasons. One, she is the best dental practitioner we have visited both in the quality of her work and that of her staff. Two, because she treats us, and I suspect all of her patients like family, She is always willing to go "above and beyond" for her patients, to truly see to their short and long term care and with a very real interest in us beyond just the dental practice. But that's just where things begin. Her staff, many of whom have been there over 10 years and some much longer than that, treat us in the same professional and caring way. How many businesses today retain their staff more than 6 months. They each seem to care not only about their patients but about each other as well. The university business schools could take a lesson about management behavior and culture from the group in Dr. Rifkin's practice. In just one visit, another item that becomes noticeable is how well educated and up to date they are on dental practice methods and technology. They go beyond just basic dental care. They demonstrate their attention and care for our total oral health. Last, but clearly not least, they are efficient in their work but without any shortcuts. They realize our time is important too, and they maintain their schedules as committed. How many in the medical field of any sort do that today? The practice of Dr. Rifkin and Pandey and their long term staff are unique in today's hectic world, in the medical field and business in general. Dr. Rifkin and her staff have done excellent work. After changing health insurance, I was lucky enough to find this facility and I have had no complaints. They are very knowledgable in teaching the proper way to take care of your teeth and gums, they can always fix any issues that you may have and truly listen. Dr Rifkin and her staff are huge fans of my husband as he always seems to make them laugh every time he comes in. They absolutely love him and I'm so glad they are willing to know us on a personal basis as they treat us like family. They were able to get me in on short notice. Had a consultation prior to my treatment. Spoke to me about different treatment options and an overall picture of the health of my mouth. Dr. Rifkin was referred to me by an Oral Surgeon and an Orthodontist about 3 years ago due to some serious dental work that was needed to restore my upper teeth. She and her wonderful staff replaced 12 of my awful looking teeth with 12 beautiful crowns PLUS 2 dental implants. This is a wonderful team that will take the best care EVER of your . They are kind, not rough when cleaning your teeth and explain all procedures wow you are sitting in the chair. My dentist retired and Dr Rifkin was recommended. I scheduled an appt for routine checkup in July, but the faiths had other ideas.
