Emma chatted with me online on Thursday and said she wanted to resolve the issue by the end of the week and I got my device delivered on Saturday. Way to go Emma! Kim called me on Monday about my Yelp review, patiently listened to issues I was having using the device, and promised to pass them up the food chain. Way to go Kim! I'm still getting SPAM every day to order supplies for the device, even though I'm not even eligible for 3 months, and the company procedures need to deal WAY better for a misdelivered device (They actually wanted me to supply them with a picture of my front door!). (Hint: Pretty much looks like it was misdelivered? Send another right away. Research the problem on your own time.) - Update to my update! Got called by [Name Withheld] about my issues using the machine. Cold as ice. Hadn't even read what I had reported, so I consequently had to go over everything again and had to shoot down all her stock answers one by one. She was obviously calling me over her cell phone from her car, because of the noise and her voice kept cutting out. Her main goal seemed to get me the hell off the phone. Her final answer was for me to contact my doctor and get him to submit a prescription to adjust the settings on my machine. I won't bore you with the details, but let me assure you that the odds of this being correct are slim ... and none. I've lowered my rating as a result.

3rd and Final Update 8.3.26:…read more - Definitive update - Received a personal call once I posted my review accompanied by factual receipts - As of this writing, matter was addressed and is resolved - SuperCare team is technically always pleasant to speak with, while the processes in place are a big question mark that I don't have faith in - All was solved thanks to the aforementioned call from 'Kim' - Kim quickly assessed the situation (though that seemed like a manual process for her, which speaks volumes that SuperCare processes aren't exactly main streamed even for employees) - Nevertheless, Kim made next steps clear. They were before, just with bad results. This time around, everything worked out - Kim followed up, made sure everything was taken care of, all while being incredibly courteous, polite, approachable and helpful I think 3 stars is still generous for SuperCare BUT I technically have what I need after jumping through unconventional hoops. I do have other colleagues that went through something similar-but-not-as-bad-as-my-experience and in the end, we all have the required equipment. Good luck to everyone trying to get to this point. Brenda was brought on to provide care a few hours a day, several days a week. She was a blessing for all of us. Especially my mother. All the stress we had all been experiencing, since my mother's fall as gone. My mother reported just how much help Brenda was and in a short few weeks, we could all see my mother bounced back.
