Doctor Silva is a real pro without any ego. I had gotten the wrong prescription from another optometrist who insisted it was correct, even though I wasn't seeing clearly. Doctor Silva heard what I had to say and then persistently and patiently tracked down what was going on with my eye and resolved it. I had been seeing blurry for about three months and I can't even express how good it feels to be seeing 20/20 again. Daphne is also great--a total sweetheart and very funny. Really amazing customer service . Last minute I called the location and already had purchased frames and wanted to get my prescription done. He made transition really quick and was super friendly and nice. In 48 hours I will have new frames and I don't have to worry what problems I may run into. Location was clean and modern. I was super impressed with the variety of frames he carried and all clean and displayed perfectly. I also was able to see there is workmanship involved as he had very clean ,organized and well stocked studio in the back. Parking was also in the back alley with a easy nice entry. My only regret is that I've spent any time with Walmart vision in order to save some money. He is little more but getting amazing customer service and better quality items so I will definitely make this location my go to place for all vision needs. read more

I came to Right Vision Optometry based on a recommendation, and I'm glad I did. This place is very clean and very safe, what with being during the pandemic and all. Dr. Silva is great! She took her time with me, answering all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. The staff is first rate, helping pick out my frames and dealing with all the insurance. They said my glasses would be ready in two weeks but things were delayed due to the pandemic. I did make several phone calls and they did everything they could to expedite my glasses. Recently visited this office to have my kids eyes examined. I walked in and was promptly greeted. As we walked in, the receptionist went to grab the paperwork and sneakily placed the HUGE chocolate bowl behind her desk. Why? What was the reason for that? I'm assuming she didn't want to offer us any or they were strictly for staff?? Either way seemed awful rude. She walked back handed the paperwork that needed to be filled out and then we proceeded with the exam. The optometrist was thorough and in the end my kids were happy with her glasses. The vibe and energy the front staff gave out could've been better. Good thing these visits won't be regular and I have the option to look around for a better fit. read more

I went there to get an eye exam for contact lenses, the exam was thorough and she explained everything properly. My complaint is that she told me I can't wear colored lenses as they don't come in my size. I went to Walmart eye center and they handed me a colored pair in the same size and same quality and they fit perfectly well. Don't understand why she would say that but other than that she was patient while I was trying different lenses since the right fit took 3 tries so had to make 3 appointments. Also, the prices aren't that cheap, other optometrist in the area offered to make eye glasses at a much cheaper rate. The doc is nice though. read more
