Savion supplied boxes and tape needed for my own packing and Temo and his team Avery, Larry, Darrel and Junior took care of fragile mirrors, paintings and tvs and loaded the trucks like Tetris! They did and amazing job, and I had no damages!! The team in NC headed by Anthony took extreme care of emptying the trucks and put everything where I asked them to. *I do not remember the names of the 2 teams headed by Anthony, I am sorry about that, but you were all wonderful! Moving is stressful, but The Atlanta and Charlotte Netmove family was respectful, patient, friendly and responsible and the move was a lot easier because of this company!!! I would use them again if needed and recommend them to anyone needing to move!!!

The day started off friendly, but it became apparent that the trucks they brought were too small, not enough men for the job, and as the staff got tired things went sideways. They damaged an expensive turntable, turning the crate on its side, a leather bedroom set was torn, fragile boxes of glass had heavy books thrown on top. In the end, they shoved everything in the garage because they were exhausted and started just throwing things into the house willy nilly like placing boxes of shoes in the kitchen. The job pretty much cost 75% over the orig quote. They sent in an extra guy at the end, but frankly it was the worst move I've ever had. The recent comment by Max regarding not knowing about the issues is a lie. I heard my mover on the phone with you making sure you got your money for this terrible move. In addition, if you were as caring as you are trying to appear you would have contacted me Monday morning to discuss the problems you were well aware of.

Cost: -They charge $150 an hour for 4 guys and a large truck. Our move from the city to Gwinnett took about 6-7 hrs. We paid about $1200 for our move. -They automatically charge 1 hour for transportation to and from their headquarters, so that will be added to the moving hours and does not include their actual drive time of your items to the new move-in location. This is pretty standard. (TIP: Make sure to avoid those places that want to know your inventory or the weight of your boxes. They pull bait and switch tactics and no one on earth knows their inventory or the weight of their items, so I specifically sought out a service with a flat hourly rate). -Overall, spending money on professional movers will be some of the best money that you will ever spend. Imagine the cost if you injure your back or the weeks of time versus hours that it will take to do this on your own or with your friends. -Make sure to budget for tipping your movers at least $20 each. These guys bust their butts more than anyone. Also, keep bottled water and snacks handy for them and make sure to bring toilet paper to the new location since they will need to use the restroom. Pros: -Our point of contact Jeff was super responsive and professional. -The guys that showed up got the job down and we tipped them all. They didn't slack off at all. -We have hardwood floors in the new place and we didn't want scratches. These guys are definite pros and they automatically wrap furniture, lay cardboard down on floors, and listen when you mark certain boxes and fragile. They knew what to do and we didn't feel the need at all to get involved in their process. -There were no broken items and not one scratch on the hardwoods or any smudges on the walls! That is impressive. Cons: -The only minor con that I observed is that the movers stopped to fill up for gas on our dime, once they were in transit with our items. Since we already paid for an hour of travel time, I expected their truck to be prefilled and ready to go before they showed up at our door. Unlike stopping for gas with a car, it takes a bit of time for truck to maneuver into a station and fill up and we paid for this time.

Jeff is very professional and thorough! He took the time to explain everything in detail to me and then went over it again when I had questions. He broke down the pricing, the driving and everything needed to make the appointment. He said I sounded pretty young based on my voice and gave me some advice about the move. It felt like I was speaking with my Dad, which is a really good thing for me! He went over the benefits of hiring them, such as performing routine background checks on all their employees, their employees are full-time - not contracted and they've been in business for 30 years. I didn't end up booking the appointment because a group of friends and family volunteered to help us move. But if I didn't have friends to help, I would totally book them today!

No hidden extra charges or fees. They were very considerate to let me know that they were running behind schedule due to traffic on that particular morning, and when they did arrive, they were courteous and gentlemanly and even when I realized I had an additional item, they moved it as well at no extra cost, complete with plastic wrap, blankets, etc for the move. Once we arrived at the delivery location, they place the item exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely use Faith Moving again, and I definitely recommend them. I should have realized this, but they do only take cash, so keep that in mind.

At our rebuilt home they swiftly unloaded the trailer. We had written room names on the boxes. They worked on a blur moving each box to the rooms. The team was punctual, actually arrived 20 minutes early. The owner, Nathan, communicated well. Always replied to any text or call. I was about to go that route, but a co-worker of mine told me how they got screwed over with an hourly basis company as the estimate was far off from the actual hours and it ended up being extremely expensive. So we called KT Express that does short or long distance packing/moving. The owner came to the house and did an estimate on packing everything, disassembling beds/TVs/washers/dryers/etc and putting on the truck, moving, then re-assembling furniture appliances, etc and putting the boxes back in the correct rooms!! All for a very similar estimate price on the hourly companies... also, there was a peace of mind knowing what was quoted was a flat charge and I wouldn't have to pay a dime extra if they worked more hours than they had planned. On a side note, they packed everything with packing paper so that nothing would get damaged. Also, they bring the boxes, tape, packing paper, blankets, etc which they use to pack your stuff. All included!!
