She immediately put me on hold to transfer me to the woman who incorrectly inputted my order w/o relaying any of the info to her. So when the woman got on the phone, I had to repeat the info, wait for her to understand & connect the dots, and discuss a solution. All I got was an offer to check with the kitchen and, if they weren't too busy, get the order made. She never apologized, but did agree to "rush" the order. Food arrived an hour later (after our guests arrived). No discount on the receipt, no apology - they did include a container of about a dozen mini-cookies - gee, thanks. not even enough for 1/2 our guests. And, to add insult to injury, some of the ham sandwiches had hard cartilage/ham bone (not sure) in them. Chew carefully I guess. Definitely doing a do-over soon. I also met the owner, Mike, and we chatted a bit about family.
