Do they automatically add tips to customers' bill?

Not my knowledge... and I have been going there for years!

Do they still offer their Empanadas in both Oven-baked and Deep-fried styles?

I believe they only do oven-baked. They are amazing!

What type of oil do you use for your pizza dough and sauce?

I believe they use oily oil.

Do thy take orders for takeout, I have a party and I thought I could serve empanadas for dinner. How much is an empanada? A doze?

Yes you can call in for take out...they charge extra for chimichurri though. A few months ago it was around $2.50 each or $25 for a dozen...rough estimate...you can call in and check pricing. Eat in price is a lot more expensive though

You 100% do need salsa for these tacos. - Small Chips A new addition to my weekly order. This is perfect as an appetizer to share for 3. The large is definitely great for 5. The GREEN SAUCE is amazing, different from the ones for tacos. You have to try it. Taco tuesday is the absolute best here! Call ahead to make it easy for pick up! One of the best places in Glendora. I cannot have anything battered and fried. * I asked my husband to ask if I can choose "grilled Fish Tacos". He didn't ask. I haven't eaten for two weeks. I'm finally hungry and I'm tired of a liquid IV diet. Sadly my husband didn't ask about grilling the fish. Not the shops fault.!!!! My tummy is a mess today ( husbands fault ) Yes they have grilled Fish Tacos too. Yay. Next time I will make sure I get grilled Fish Tacos. First time ordering the Friday fish special. 4 battered fish tacos. We're not fishy at all very mild tender and flaky. They were delicious. I was concerned they would be fishy after being sick for three weeks, but I enjoyed them so much and I cannot thank the cook enough. Delicious white fish tacos.. They were mild seasoned with white onion, cilantro, and a sauce it was truly delicious. Perfect amount for me. I saved two for dinner tonight. I highly recommend there Fish tacos. I do not like fishy fish nor the smell. These were delicious. I will be back on Fridays. My husband had the carne Asada tacos. They were delicious and packed with meat.. Taco Tuesday; We will be back soon! Delicious. Thank you for working so hard to create delicious, bang for the buck food.! This establishment will not disappoint. ! Enjoy.

They make everything to order from scratch using farm fresh fruits and veggies! They have a community garden out front, so if you take something, leave something. The new owners are amazing and really care about the environment and providing sustainable healthy fresh foods. I tried the guanabana and blood orange agua fresca, and it was as the best I've ever had, so light and freshing without all the fake sugar I'm used to from other places. I also tried the chicken and beef empanadas and they came with this amazing sauce, and almost melted in my mouth. Def go check them out. They're going to be a great addition for the community! We were given the run down of our options and the variety of flavors, floats, snacks, and coffees. They have the coffee offerings of Mantra (which I miss terribly) and breakfast burrito. They've added some other snacks too like nachos. My wife went with the Mandarin soda float and I got a cereal milk milkshake. It was so good. They make their whip cream fresh which is a huge plus to me. I love the selection of snacks is awesome. Some international snacks that I usually see in the Asian markets. They also have some cute merch that gives retro vibes including T shirts, hats, and stickers. Consider supporting this local small business when you're craving some snacks or something sweet.

While walking inside Island Pacific Supermarket, I notice they are set up now right across the bakery. Josephine's new set up is a small little booth serving up their delicious bite size empanadas. The options are beef, chicken and tuna. At the time the beef was sold out so I got one chicken and one tuna. They are priced at $2.75 per. The staff were so kind and welcoming I felt well taken care of. These empanadas look small but they are soft and flaky. They packed em well with protein and can fill you up. If you need something fast to eat these empanadas will do the trick. They are a quick service spot so I ordered a chicken and tuna one to go. I enjoyed those delicious empanadas in the car and was left smiling. I'm a fan for sure. Thanks, Josephine's! ( ^_^)b

I went in on January 6 to pick up a Rosca de Reyes, and honestly, it was not what I expected at…read moreall. The bread was extremely dry, almost stale, and it ended up being one of those situations where nobody even wanted to take it home. At first, I thought I scored a good deal because a large rosca usually runs around $40-$50, and this one was closer to $33, but now I understand why. With something this traditional, especially something people look forward to once a year, the quality really matters, and unfortunately, this one missed the mark. I didn't try any of their other pastries, and to be fair, maybe those are better, but Rosca de Reyes is such a staple that it's hard to excuse when it's done poorly. It actually hurts to write this review because I want local bakeries to succeed, but I also feel like I need to be honest with myself and with others who might be deciding where to buy theirs. On a positive note, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The bakery itself was empty when I went, and it's tucked into the corner of a parking lot, so it's easy to miss if you don't already know it's there. I'm sure regulars know exactly where to park and how things work, but for a first visit tied to such a special tradition, the experience just didn't deliver. There wasn't really an ambience for customers other than a very busy kitchen. There was just nobody there when I went.

Thumbs up for the most truly authentic Mexican Panaderia in Azusa !…read more Mexican from ELA I had not found a good panaderia in this side of town. Tried one in Covina but blah, so I always had to go back to ELA La Favorita !!! Yummmm yes go there too lol, until last year or the year b4 by accident. So glad I did ! I was craving Pan Dulce and Yelped of course and found this place and had to try it. If you want authentic pan dulce in Azusa, this is it ! Skip the Mexican markets, that bread is stale and does not taste authentic. Am I right or am I right ? As a kid when we went to Jalisco, my grandma always took us for pan in the evenings :D yummmm That's where my love of pan dulce comes from ! It's her fault lol Even though she made us walk like 2 miles just for pan & chocolate calientito yummm lol Sometimes I didn't want to go. Now in retrospect, the walking was a good idea you know, all the carbs ! Haha Well this place reminds me of those yummy times. :D For me, I love conchas, cuernos, & this round bread that looks like it has dust on top. I just forgot what's it called lol and it's my favorite to dunk in cold milk or warm chocolate abuelita. Ugh I can't remember what it's called ! After a long moment of thinking lol Oh yeah ! CEMITAS or is it Semitas!!! I don't know but Yummmm !! Some people I know don't like them cuz it's plain or never tried it, but it has like fennel seeds or something spicy like cinnamon baked into them because I love them & as a child I always chose that one & cuernos ! Like I said, dunk them in super cold milk or warm chocolatito abuelita and you can't go wrong ! They also have the best cuernos !!! What am I talking about ? Let me ESplain lol ( in the voice of Ricky Ricardo, I Love Lucy, hehe who else loves Lucy & Ricky? ) Cuernos are basically CROISSANTS ! YESSSS ! Yummm ! So yummy flaky & buttery ! I want some, but I can't have them anymore but you can ! So go have some for me and let me know if you love cuernos as much as me ! I once met the owner very friendly :D He's from Jalisco, if I remember correctly. Enjoy your pan dulce ! Let me know if you loved it & are addicted now lol Yummy eating
