First review of 2021 and I couldn't think of a better 5 star business. I have been going to Cindy for years and she is literally THE best at her craft. She knows what lash shape looks best on your face and executes the customized look perfectly. She uses quality organic products and the lashes last! I get compliments all the time from strangers and never hesitate to recommend Cindy. To top it all off, Cindy is very kind and accommodating. I think a lot of ladies can relate when I say self care is last on the list when you have so much to do everyday. So, the fact that she is flexible and goes out of her way to get you scheduled is so very appreciated. Obsessing over my new lashes! Cindy is one of a kind! I felt so welcome walking into her studio! She gave me the best care when I was in that chair and walked me through everything ! For the longest time I've been going to different salons and have been only "okay" with the results! She has gone above and beyond with these extensions! Cindy's work is amazing! She makes you feel welcome, and is very easy to talk to. You can really tell that she puts a tremendous amount of passion and effort into her work, and really cares about her customers. I paid $125 and gave a 25% tip to get my lashes done. 3 days later practically all my lashes on my left eye came off and a good portion from my right eye. I immediately reached out to look into getting them fixed as it looked ridiculous but Cindy just kept saying she was busy and couldn't get me in. I obviously didn't want to walk around with half lashes on so I went to another place to get them fixed. I told Cindy I found a place to get them fixed and her response was, "oh, good! I'm glad you found somewhere". I assumed she would still allow for me to get fills later on down the road even if I went somewhere else since she was glad I was able to find another place and didn't mention else-wise. When I went to this other place to have them fix Cindy's work, they said most of them were already coming off and they'd have to fill both sides. They were super nice though and didn't even charge me a full fill even though they could have since the job Cindy did didn't even hold for 3 days AND the spent over an hour fixing her work. My lashes stayed on great after they fixed them! I scheduled a fill with Cindy for 2 weeks after that fill and when I went in she was immediately grumpy and giving attitude. She looked at my lashes and said, "so you got these filled somewhere else?" I told her yes, I had to because the lashes you put on came off immediately. She then said, "I can't fill your lashes you'll have to go back to the place you went to". When I asked why she said because they didn't do a good job and she'd have to remove them all and start over. I'm super confused by this because SHE told me she was happy I found some place to fix the work she did. I didn't even want to go to Cindy in the first place but what got me to do it is because she said if I bought the Groupon promo she'd just charge $60 for each fill. Now I'm back after 2 weeks for my fill and she wants to remove everything and charge me full price again! I'm upset I wasted my money but what irritates me even more is her attitude and the fact that she wouldn't say anything more then, "I'm not doing this. I won't do this". Then immediately shutting the door on me with no further discussion. I could tell right away she had something else she'd rather be doing because it was like she was trying to come up with any and every excuse to cancel my appointment. She even tried to cancel it the day before which just confirms she had something else going on. I'm very frustrated I wasted my money and hope someone finds this helpful before they decide to go to Cindy. Oh and she said my lashes probably came off so quickly because "I blink too hard". Just got my lashes done! WOW!!! I'm loving it so much that I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I've had my lashes done on and off for a few years now but I was never happy. I knew others were using bad glue and stiff uncomfortable lashes that I had to stop many times to rest my poor lashes. My lashes are so light that I can't believe these are extensions. Cindy is great person but the product she is using is the worst I have ever seen the lashes started falling off in less than 24 hours so I contacted her and she re did them and the same thing happened I have a friend who does lashes look at them at lunch and she said the product she is using is the issue it is cheap and of pro quality I will never recommend any one to this place I wasted $201.00 read more
