The pricing is a bit steep, but they offer first-time client discounts that are pretty generous.

I was made to feel embarrassed for not knowing that two extra waxing strips would cost an additional $22, and that the travel-size wipes were $13 after being told they were free. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I wasn't treated very well by the front desk. While I appreciated the kindness of the person who provided the service, the checkout experience really impacted how I felt leaving the appointment. They were responsive to my requests regarding nail and cuticle trimming, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the nail polish on my hands did not fully cover my nail beds. Additionally, I only received scrubbing on one leg. I'm not sure if that was due to the combination service but I was hoping for a more thorough exfoliation to help remove dead skin from my feet. They were very attentive when it came to trimming and filing my toenails. I was happy with how my feet looked when the service was finished. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved.

They looked great this time and they were exactly what I had asked for, I left for my trip the next day, and the day after almost all of the lashes on one eye completely fell off. I hadn't used any oil on them, too hot of water or anything. I had to pay to get them fixed by someone else in the state I was in and she told me it looked like the glue wasn't applied properly as there was no glue residue left behind. I texted Kelly telling her what had happened when I got back and she told me to come in for a fix, i asked her when I could come in and she never responded. I just needed a little fill as I had just gotten them redone by the other woman. I texted Kelly again two weeks later asking if she saw my last message and saying that I would still like to come in and when she had openings. By then I needed a regular fill. She said my "lash fix grace period has passed, its now a full set". It was rude as usual but I loved the way they looked before they fell out so I went back in and told her I wanted them exactly the same as last time, the same thinness of the actual lashes. She charged me extra for the style, which wasn't volume, just having some lashes longer and some shorter. The lashes were so different from the time before, they were thick and painful. I told her they were not the same as before, I found a lash from before and compared it to one that I had then and the new was so much thicker. She sent back a rude message telling me I was wrong and she knows what she's doing. I never went back to her again and I would highly suggest no one else does. Her appointments always run late before as she schedules them close together so you'll sit there waiting for her. The space she's in isn't very nice either. She's unfriendly and takes pictures of you without asking which I found incredibly rude. She has used a picture of me on here which I did not give her permission to use OR TAKE. Incredibly inappropriate. She sticks the tape with the lashes on it onto your forehead because it's convenient for her, rather than sticking it to the back of her hand. The prices on the wall and on Groupon don't matter she tells you what you're paying and changes it whenever for any number of reasons.

Kelly was quick with the install of my lashes, finishing in about an hour, and they looked great. Unfortunately they starting falling out by the next day with a third of the lashes on my left eye falling out, and half on my right eye. I've had lashes installed several times and know how to properly care for them; I've never had them fall out like this before. Furthermore, the cost was the most I've paid for lashes at $130. What a disappointment! Save your money and GO ELSEWHERE!

If you get haircuts, I'll you probably need browcuts.
