She mentioned that there was a special exhibit on the third floor of bags done by Jeremy Scott for Longchamp. I took the elevator up. As I exhibited I was again greeted by another nice staff member. She explained the exhibit. Mr Scott's subject matter was varied from travel to monsters to art and excessive spending. Many of the bags sold like hot cakes! A great exhibition. Parking is difficult. Use a lot or ride share.

They finallly called back after the third time since the customer service's manager was cc'ed in the email. I am very disappointed with how Dior is turning into. I used to have very good feeling for Dior shopping experience. Now the team from Soho and the quality of the bag have made me changed my mind completely. There are defects on the canvas Saddle crossbody bag, but the team said, it is just a normal discoloration due to the sun. I do not think the sun can focus only along the stiching area and not entire bag. The discoloration is very evenly at the damaged area. They stated this damage is due to storage directly under sun issue, without the dist bag, and said they will not be responsible for the damage or provide any accommodation for this. I hope Dior can stay longer in the luxury industry with this type of customer service and products quality.

I found myself in this J.Crew, trying out a few potential shirts to replace the legends, but then a light blue striped linen button down was looking at me CRAZY. I couldn't help but picture myself in it on the Amalfi Coast, chain smoking a pack of cigs. I unfolded it, but much to my chagrin, it was a short sleeve button down. Idk why, but I look like a little kid on his first day of school in a short sleeve button down. I just can't pull it off. My girlfriend convinced me to try it on because she wanted to see how it looked on me. I menacingly obliged, but right when I walked out of the fitting room, the look on her face said a hard no. "SEE?!?!" I said. She agreed and responded "I don't know why it just doesn't look right on you." Right when I was about to walk back in the fitting room hanging my head, an employee (Billy) popped out and said "Wait! I think we have one that is what you're looking for, it's just like this and is long sleeve, but it's a woman's shirt. Is that okay?" The thing about me is I don't care if it was made for a child, a woman, a turtle or a silverback gorilla. If it fits how I want it to, I'll wear the hell out of it. After about 5 minutes, my boy Billy came back with the PERFECT shirt. I buttoned it up, and this XL women's shirt fit like a GLOVE. Exactly how I wanted it to fit. I wore it for literally the next 48 hours, and the only reason I took it off is because I couldn't justify continuing to wear it because it was so hot out and I was sweating bullets. Less than a month after spending thousands of dollars on a bag from McQueen from their newest…read morecollection, I brought it in for a repair. This was in January. They said too much time had passed for an exchange. I was told that I would have to wait around a month for it to be repaired, but that I would receive updates via text from staff letting me know its status. It's April now and I still don't have my bag back. Every update I've received has been because I've contacted McQueen first to ask. When I expressed concern about the lack of communication, I was told that this was normal for the brand. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. I've spent more time waiting for my bag to be repaired than actually using it, and the customer service I received has been the worst I've ever experienced from a major fashion house. I doubt I will be purchasing from McQueen again. If your McQueen product has an issue, good luck!
