Ronaldi's is a staple, can never go wrong with grabbing lunch here. I will say I'd been looking forward to it all week but delivery wasn't available across town and no Uber eats option! They do close rather early so keep that in mind but that's just because they know their worth. Today I dined on a chicken bacon avocado cheese wrap that was absolutely delectable. Other times I had curly fries, and hot pastrami sandwiches. I called and arrived in 5 minutes and the sandwich I ordered was already done, AMAZING and because of how it was prepared although I didn't eat it until 2 hours later it was STILL piping hot and absolutely positively yummy. The parking situation is a bit terrifying! Very small real estate to go off and people are often not willing to allow you to come out [if your car is lowered esp. Why was my first time at this deli today!!!? My sandwich was incredible! We stopped in for lunch a little after noon. It was hopping with business men and others on lunch break. The menu was a little overwhelming with all the options; it took a couple minutes to figure out what I wanted. The service was great! You could tell it's a small family owned deli and they really want to make their customers happy. I ended up ordering 31 on a wedge (hero) which included grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado, ranch and chipotle mayo. Amazing!! We took it to go and it was still piping hot 15 minutes later! You could definitely eat half the sandwich and save the other for later (although I couldn't stop myself since it was so delicious). We waited maybe like 5 minutes for the sandwiches to be made (I was expecting a lot longer due to the crowd). The only negative is the parking lot is tight during the lunch hour! Disappointed! I called last Friday for pricing and availability to order trays of food for a graduation party and was told to call back a couple of days before. I called 5 days before and was told they now couldn't do it but could do a wedge. We have catered from them before for both personal and business. Also I can't stress this enough on how friendly and welcoming every single employee was once I walked in the door. The staff are very inviting and beyond friendly which compared to my last breakfast spot is a 100 % increase of happiness. The prices are very manageable if your on a budget and the variety are endless and fresh. The food is prepared with a lot of love and flavor which a lot of local deli's just sort of cook your food,wrap it up and send you packing. Husband and I were in Stamford over the weekend for a wedding and were looking for a casual place to grab a couple of grinders that was NOT subway. The restaurant is in a small strip mall and we passed it the first time through. Parking is at a premium but we were luck to snag a spot. Rinaldi's is a pretty non descript place from the outside and walking by one might pass it by as a cheap and low brow deli. However that was NOT the case. You walk in and are greeted with a menu of about 20 different sandwiches all using premium boar's head meat. I got the Honey Baked Turkey and my husband got the hot pastami with coleslaw. Both were heated to perfection with the cheese getting ever so golden brown and melty. Quality meats and good bread made out dining experience. They were quite busy for a Saturday afternoon and we had to wait a bit for the sandwiches but it was worth the wait. Did not try any of the prepared salads or soups but the looked fresh and tasty. They also have a hot table with what looked like chicken and veal parm as well as sausage and peppers which looked great as well. If you call to check in, you'll be ushered off the phone with a not-so-authentic "sorry we're running late" with no delivery estimate.
