Beer

Showed up for a couple of beers per suggestion of one of the boys, they have a decent selection of beer. They also have a diverse amount of liquors but we didn't have the desire for cocktails. This is a nice sports bar with board games and pool . Plenty to do. They offer outside seating and friendly service. Saturday is karaoke night, the staff wanted us to sing my apologies I'm not a good singer. We ordered burgers and sides. Burgers were amazing, fries were cool. We got a couple of burnt onion rings but let's be honest, this is a small town bar so please don't expect food to be gourmet. I didn't not see this a problem just an observation that life doesn't have to be perfect, we just need to have a good time. 5/5.

We come to this local spot 2-3 times per week. We attended Bingo Night ~ Karaoke Night on a Friday and Saturday night ~ we also love to come on Sunday to watch NFL football games and enjoy lively conversation with the ladies who are AWESOME Bartenders, Brandy & Kristen ~ love them!

Taco Tuesday with their shrimp tacos and chips and salsa is our weekly routine. Amy is also the best bartender bar none.

First time here since new ownership. Brandy, our bartender, was amazing. Very friendly & nice. We can't wait to come back for taco Tuesday & Bingo. My parents and I had a great time.

The membership is real!

I had a great experience when I came here! The atmosphere is awesome! The space is clean, and the decorations are on point!! The whole membership thing is real, but free! Best idea ever! The outside seating area is very spacious. The bartender is so nice and accommodating! She is really quick and very attentive! The hot dog was delicious. I absolutely love that they give the toppings in separate containers. I can't wait for my next visit to Sacramento! I will definitely be back!

Chips and salsa only $1 during happy hour! 3-6pm.

Nasty, COVID infested place. The bartenders didn't know the difference between certain drinks. Don't waste your money here.

The service and food quality have always been excellent. They have a huge menu, a friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere that feels a step above a typical taqueria or fast casual spot, with solid table service to match. It's about time I gave them the credit they deserve because their food is consistently great. Historically, I've loved their enchilada plate, especially the mole enchilada. It's one of my favorites. Today, with the sun out, I was in more of a mariscos mood, so I ordered the shrimp ceviche and the fried tilapia plate. The ceviche is very bright and fresh, with mango mixed in, which adds a really nice layer of flavor to the traditional combination. It comes with freshly fried tostadas that are crisp and flavorful. I'm not personally a fan of the white crackers on the side, but they also bring complimentary chips and salsa, so once the tostadas run out you can use the tortilla chips instead, which works just fine. The tilapia was excellent. It's hard to go wrong with a well fried tilapia, and they do it right. The guacamole and pico on the side are great for building tacos, and the beans and rice are both perfect. You really can't go wrong coming here, especially with the variety they offer. Sitting outside on the patio is nice, though this particular location can feel a bit sketchy at times since a few odd characters often cut through the parking. It's mostly fine, but if you're looking for a more relaxed patio vibe, the other location might be a better option. That said, this spot also has a comfortable indoor dining area.

You order at the counter then are given a number. Picked up some complimentary chips and salsa and waited. The salsas here were pretty good. Particularly like the mild red salsa. Fresh radish and jalapeños available too. I loved my California burrito. I added avocado to it. The asada were meaty and plentiful. Fries were crunchy yet not greasy. My mom loved the beans here. That's always a big deal with Mexican spots. The chilaquiles were delicious. I'd order that myself on the next visit. We didn't care for their scrambled eggs on the plate, could've went a bit softer on the scramble. Overall this place is a great local spot for Mexican eats. Affordable while still serving big portions and awesome bites. Cashier was super friendly and patient.

I love the Chinese donut dipped in my BBH broth. I ordered the premium BBH, which contains ox tail, short rib, and rib eye. I was pleasantly surprised that the ox tail was really tender. The staff that served us was nice but once the manager left for the day it was hard to find a server to be honest. The pho that we've had here is good as this is not our first time going. This time around I got the Ribeye BBH and the broth was absolutely perfect for me, I only added lime. We also shared the chicken eggrolls which nice, it paired well wrapped in lettuce. My boyfriend got the Saigon pho which he felt the serving was a pretty large portion but overall really good.

After enjoying glasses of chardonnay at nearby Luna Lounge (please reference my review if…read moreinterested), my wife and I headed to The Blind Pig to enjoy a few cocktails. Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly bartender by the name of Ronny. Our first round consisted of two dirty martinis (my new drink of choice), which Ronny put his fist (that's a good thing) into making. One of the things that I love about dive bars is the various demographics that usually frequent them (along with their interesting conversations). For our second round we ordered a "Manmosa (yes I know that sounds ridiculously machismo in 2024)" that Ronny insisted on putting a fruity spin on. Not only were we thankful for his suggestion, but his version was GOOD! In real dive bar-like fashion, Ronny provided us both with an extra cup to house the remainder of the Manmosa that could not fit into our glasses (another dive bar perk). As we sat at the bar, my wife and chatted while lightly watching the movie Step Brothers on one of the televisions. Although it was a fairly slow Saturday afternoon, I can imagine that this place gets pretty lively in the latter part of the night though. We observed lots of seating, games, and an area for karaoke (toasted karaoke is the best!). I highly recommend The Blind Pig if you're looking to have deliciously strong drinks at a price that won't have you waking up the next morning rethinking the decisions that you made the previous night!
