Showed up for a couple of beers per suggestion of one of the boys, they have a decent selection of beer. They also have a diverse amount of liquors but we didn't have the desire for cocktails. This is a nice sports bar with board games and pool . Plenty to do. They offer outside seating and friendly service. Saturday is karaoke night, the staff wanted us to sing my apologies I'm not a good singer. We ordered burgers and sides. Burgers were amazing, fries were cool. We got a couple of burnt onion rings but let's be honest, this is a small town bar so please don't expect food to be gourmet. I didn't not see this a problem just an observation that life doesn't have to be perfect, we just need to have a good time. 5/5. read more

I had a great experience when I came here! The atmosphere is awesome! The space is clean, and the decorations are on point!! The whole membership thing is real, but free! Best idea ever! The outside seating area is very spacious. The bartender is so nice and accommodating! She is really quick and very attentive! The hot dog was delicious. Stumbled upon this place yesterday. I called in to get an order to go. The lady taking my order, who is also the cook, was very nice. When I got there, the people at the bar greeted me with a smile and very welcoming. The cook came out to let me know it would be a few minutes which was fine because I knew it would be fresh. I ordered two taco salads, which were amazing and two tacos. The taco salad was freshly made and delicious and so were the tacos. Definitely will be going back!! read more

We were looking for a bar that was 10-15 minutes max drive from our home, and hopped on Yelp. This place turns up with good reviews, so off we went. The bar is surprisingly nice inside despite the deceptive exterior. As someone else mentioned, it was extremely clean. The bartenders were friendly and the drinks were fine and the patrons are all nice and friendly, no issues despite a lot of them having tough guy biker appearances, don't let that fool you, unless you're looking for trouble, there won't be any here. Karaoke was a great hit the night we went, quite a few people sang, including myself. The Karaoke DJ is very friendly and has an almost unlimited library of songs. We had so much fun we decided that this will be one of our go-to local bars. read more

I was SO disappointed and will never be returning. They messed up not one but two of my drinks- first I received a coke and Jameson when I ordered ginger ale and Jameson- huge difference!!! Then had to wait a good while to tell them they messed up my order. No apologizes or anything but did correct my drink. Meanwhile the presumed owner or manager was watching this interaction. You'd think the bartender might have put a little pep in her step since he was watching. Then I ordered a shot of Jameson and whatever whiskey I got was NOT jameson and tasted like well whiskey. Not to mention there was no mask wearing and it was super crowded... no concern for covid in this bar. All around an awful experience. read more

Soooo THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! I met a friend here for some after work drinks, and they recently started serving food, which I was grateful for because I was going to be skipping dinner otherwise. The tacos were AMAZING! Totally had their own flavor didn't taste like anything I've had before, the carnitas was perfectly cooked, and the rest of the small menu looked delicious too it was hard to make a choice. The chef came out and personally explained some of the menu choices & was super nice! The bartender was adorable & had awesome service our drinks were never empty! They had the new Orange Jameson in stock and ready to pour which was a total WIN for me because it's a new flavor I'm in to. It tastes perfect with club soda & a lemon. This place is OK but $8 for 8 poppers? The menu pricing is all over the map! If you are going to eat it's probably better to invest in a burger because at least it's a meal and you won't have to sell your first born for a snack. It's Rio Linda not Midtown! Bartenders have always been very nice so I changed my rating from 2 stars to 3 ....the popper situation gets1 star. A decent happy hour would help this place too but what do the people spending $16 on poppers know? Oh just found a box of TGI Friday poppers with 36 poppers for $6.98 roughly this comes out to $.19 per popper...Really $1.00 per popper???? come on Rio Pub! read more

My wife orders two orders of rolled chicken tacos, extra cheese, NO lettuce, NO tomato, NO onions, for us almost all the time. The last three times in a row, our orders have come with lettuce tomatoes and onions. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal as we could just remove it, but that stuff is mixed in with the cheese. So we are ordering extra cheese, just to pull it off the tacos with the lettuce tomatoes and onions that my wife can't eat. Also, we order spicy salsa to come with it. We have received it one out of the last three times we have ordered. This is unacceptable. They are being consistent, but unfortunately, not in the satisfactory way. Maybe we'll try again in the distant future, their food is good, but service wise... they just can't seem to get out of their own way. For now... We are giving up and considering the street side popup across the street.
