Today, with the sun out, I was in more of a mariscos mood, so I ordered the shrimp ceviche and the fried tilapia plate. The ceviche is very bright and fresh, with mango mixed in, which adds a really nice layer of flavor to the traditional combination. It comes with freshly fried tostadas that are crisp and flavorful. I'm not personally a fan of the white crackers on the side, but they also bring complimentary chips and salsa, so once the tostadas run out you can use the tortilla chips instead, which works just fine.
