After I had a great experience at the outlet I wanted to check out other rip curl stores too! I pulled up google maps to see there was a store in Laguna Beach! I absolutely love the vibe of Laguna so I thought it was worth the drive from Oceanside, so I drove in my car up to laguna. At first I thought no one was working but I later on found the employees folding shirts on either side of the store, I was greeted by their lovely smiles (well I think they were smiling but I could not give you a forsure answer because they were wearing masks) #stoptheSPREAD! The store was very neat and the ladies ther made me feel very welcomed, but nothing is good as Ace at the oulet store! Will definitely be returning with my ukelai to play these girls some tunes and make them fall in love with me! read more

This place looks cute and organized but the staff and the pricing are horrible. They advertised 2 for 30 sandals and when I went to go buy them they weren't apart of the sale... very deceiving . Then when I went to buy my bathing suit the blonde girl that was ringing me up seemed very young and unprepared... she seemed overwhelmed and didn't have a good work ethic. My total was $64.04 so I gave her $104.04 so I could get exact change back... she ended up short changing me then when I told her she was wrong she was looking at me like I was stupid. Go back to school girl! I wasn't given a bag or receipt. If it wasn't for the bathing suit I wouldn't have boughten anything from her and would have left immediately. read more

Pop in today to look for some more versatile shorts and found more than I expected. The salesman Christian was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight to them. Found my size and reserved me a fitting room to insure they fit well. Paid for them and he was will to hold on to them until I finished shopping a little further down the way. I was in and out in 15 minutes and back to the family vacation in no time. Thank you for the excellent service! I will be back. Can't say enough good things about this place!!! I went in looking for a specific bikini that I saw on their website and even though they didn't have the one I wanted out, the salesperson (Sarah) went looking through new boxes to find the exact one I was looking for! She was also especially helpful in finding a wetsuit for my husband. I know NOTHING about wetsuits, and she happily broke down the differences between each one, and suggested one that would fit my husband's needs while staying within our budget. I went to the surf store across the street before this one, and I definitely didn't feel as comfortable talking about wetsuits as I did with Sarah - she was super knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable! she also offered me a drink while I shopped, and let me hang out and relax while I waited for my ride. THIS IS WHAT A SHOPPING EXPERIENCE SHOULD FEEL LIKE!!! I will be back, thank your Rip Curl for amazing service and a great experience! read more
