Sam and Sal showed up, and completed the service for 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and staircase in 50 minutes. I was impressed with how efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful they both were. They were able to accommodate my time and sent someone out (Jaeger - professional, quick and super helpful throughout) Cleaning my entire home took around 3 hours and results after were amazing - not sopping wet, the look was like day and night (after about 10 years of no professional cleaning) and the feel of my carpet on my feet was amazing. The hoses and machines were fairly quiet for the job - it didn't trigger my 1 year old pup and the lines were all wrapped around protective barriers to avoid damaging any of my walls or furniture. Even dribbles of water from cleaning the hose were quickly cleaned by Jaeger. They save measurements for your home per room so future cleaning will be quicker. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and came the very next day, which I appreciated. The arrival window was 12-1pm, but they showed up closer to 1:45. I told the three ladies everything we wanted done: floors, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, furniture, windows, etc. They got straight to work and were very efficient. I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. Jeff and Tammy are both so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and it shows. Jeff took the time to explain what sets them apart and the process of dry cleaning, which I appreciated. Sure enough, after researching other companies, I found that he was absolutely right: everyone else uses a steaming method. My partner and I asked for carpet cleaning as well as kitchen tile cleaning, and we were absolutely floored (pun intended) with the results. We have four dogs.. all of whom have had several accidents in the house. The carpet looked amazing and the tile looked cleaner than it had been, probably even before we bought the house. The grout was a COMPLETELY different color... I was stunned with their pricing as well. I was fully prepared to pay a pretty penny, but instead found them to be very affordable. Absolutely worth every penny and we will absolutely be using them in the future! Of course I forgot to take photos of the carpet, but I have some of the kitchen tile while being cleaned and after. Covered my tile floors to prevent them from getting wet, and used covers on his shoes to keep my floors cleans. He did his work, I was very happy with the job. Noticed the following day that a few stains returned, so I called him and sent him photos, he returned that same day with new cleaning solutions and equipment to work on the stains, actually removed them and explained to me, that the stains returned because they were deeper then the carpet. Did not charge me extra for the return ( other companies would ) and told me if they returned to let him know and he'll ask his people if they gave other technics to help him finish the job. I'm happy to say after the second visit the stains are gone and I'm very happy with JM workmanship!
