I got a full set (Gel-X) by Bianca. I love how it turned out. She was very sweet and nice. The manager was super friendly and even offered me a mimosa to drink while I got my nails done. Great service. By the way I recommend making an appointment because not all nail techs know how to do every service.

Absolutely love Ritz Nails! The salon is always so clean, bright, and welcoming. Every time I come in, they pay such close attention to the little details and never rush through my appointment. Whether I'm getting a classic look or something a bit more intricate, my nails always turn out flawlessly dainty and perfect. Such a gem right here in Yorba Linda!

My first time at this salon and it was a great experience! All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I made an appointment and was sat down right away. Bianca was amazing! Ask for her! She helped at the front desk, assisted with other manicurist and did my full set. The prices are about average and they are upfront and honest with you before moving forward with services. Dipping powder Great job. I like my nails very short & I get just what I ask for without complaints. I had a long vacation with 51 scuba dives & 10 days touring. My nails were done on the 13th of September and I just got them done today. October 21! Granted they were super grown out but they held up! Amazing service from beginning to end! I stopped going to my last location because they would only do gel x and it was not working out for me. I found Ritz and had a wonderful first experience. Rachel did my nails and was so kind and pleasant. She was patient and sweet. I showed a photo of the style and she shaped the nails to how I asked. I requested a full set and they look the best that I've had in a long time! Nini did my pedicure and it was also great! Sometimes there's some anxiety because you're not sure if it will be harsh or hurt, but I practically could have fallen asleep. She took plenty of care in her work and was careful and gentle. Check in was easy. All of the staff were very welcoming. The spa is beautiful and clean inside as well. Prices are average-I felt what I paid was well worth it. Extremely happy with all of my services.

Took my daughter and my niece there for a full set acrylics and gel pedicure. They are very picky when it comes to their nails so I was hesitant to take them to a new place. The nail techs did a great job because my daughter and niece LOVED their nails. I believe the nail techs were Amber and Rachel. I ended up getting a pedicure for myself. The place is clean, staff is accommodating, and it's always a plus that they serve complimentary drinks. We will be coming back for sure! read more

Great mani pedi. Noce people. Would have given 5 stars but when paying after services I gave 18% tip cash , then the employee opened and counted it out right in front of me, which is rude, then asked if it was " just for her" implying it wasn't enough to split between the 2 people who worked on me.I didn't request 2 people It was just a basic ManI-Pedi. Embarrassed, I gave the last few $$'s in my purse, which came to a twenty % tip. which is fine, had that been my choice. I'll still return but guess I better figure out how to calculate a tip for 2 people doing 1service. Disappointed . read more

Helen (hard gel mani) & Rose (gel pedi) are amazing! Nails just like i wanted! Usually when I go to a nail place I have to wear my air pods because no one talks to me. absolutely horrible experience, do not at all recommend. I've been to tons of salons and I have never had an experience like I had here. I've been going to the same place for years with my mom, but her nail tech left so we've been trying to find a new salon. Extremely rude staff/techs, and very rushed. I didn't even get what I wanted. They charged me for Dip, when they literally did gel and when I said something about it, then told me that's the right way to do dip, with just a clear base. From the second I walked in with my mother (who also had a very negative experience) they were rude and the girl working the front was shouting across the salon to other nail techs about closing and a previous customer had left a tip and she was yelling to the nail tech saying, "it doesn't matter who it's from it's money." Which should never be said in front of other customers who are planning on tipping. They asked us for a payment before either of our nails were even done because they were closing, but if that's the case then why schedule our appointment so late. I showed a design I wanted and inside of encouraging me, then told me all the reason why they couldn't do it and told me they couldn't do any designs. All four of our nail techs were extremely rude and made us feel very uncomfortable and upset. overall not a relaxing experience. absolutely DO NOT recommend. read more

The service here was so amazing!! I used to frequent Sessy Nails but after they cut my feet twice I was looking for a new salon - enter Ritz nails!! I went in for a mani/pedi w/ my daughter and they were so accommodating to her multiple color choices and treated her so sweetly! I was impressed with this business and I plan to return. My mother and I walked in without an appointment, it was an impulse to get pedicures. We waited just a few minutes before we were both put in comfy massage chairs and treated to great pedi's. Everyone we encountered was friendly and smiled. I have 2 main concerns with this place. I found them on Yelp and saw their reviews and thought I should try them out. As I pulled up, I realized there was an offer for 20% off for their grand opening. They DO NOT offer the 20% off as advertised on Yelp! It seems as though they keep the coupon there for false advertisement. I, like most everyone, do not appreciate false advertising or any company who tries to bait and switch a client. It's a shady way to do business especially in America. I came on a Sunday, and there was no wait for my pedicure. Therefore there was no reason to rush the process- not that they ever should. The lady who did my pedicure asked if I wanted my toe nails cut which anyone could see needed a trim. The entire process was appx 15 mins because they rushed me in and out as quick as possible with a super Quick wash (more like a rinse with just water) and paint job. Also, they painted my toes very sloppy with paint left all over the sides of my toes. Overall, I felt like they are lazy and just need money, but yet will not provide the quality service expected to meet anyone's expectations. I would highly recommend you don't come here as the experience is TERRIBLE. They should change their name to Sloppy Service Nails. This is a sad way to do business. I wouldn't be surprise if they shut down quick. read more

She's fast, meticulous, and somehow makes one of the most awkward beauty appointments feel like catching up with your funniest friend. If my screams concern you, don't worry--they're temporary. The results are worth every dramatic "I HATE YOU!" I yell. 10/10. Would willingly let this woman assault my body with wax again.

As I was driving down YL Blvd a few mornings ago,the Blush sign caught my eye. I did a quick Yelp search, saw all the stars and called the shop. I asked if they were taking new clients, and the lady who answered the phone said Yes, and that I could get in right then if I wanted. I was so happy and a wonderful lady named Terry gave me the best haircut I have had in forever! After a brief consultation, She knew exactly how to cut and style my hair and I walked out feeling like a New Woman ! Terry is a literal answer to prayer. Next week I am going to get my nails done there at her recommendation and I am super excited about that!

When they explained the services they wanted, the staff seemed noticeably less interested once they realized there wasn't a pedicure included. They were told there would be a 20-minute wait. A short time later, another customer walked in and requested multiple services. She was taken immediately, while my mom and niece continued to wait. Whether intentional or not, it came across as rude and as though customers requesting smaller services were treated as less important. Unfortunately, it left a very negative impression.

i had a horrible experience here!!! Its day 2 of having got my nails done at this place- i came a hour before closing time & they said they had time to do my nails & they were SO rushed!! they used a drill on my feet which was not necessary at all & i now have a foot infection due to not cleaning the tools properly. my toes are still burning 2 days after the pedicure. & my acrylic manicure popped off the day of. & I am already missing a bunch of nails - feels like press ons but they are acrylics! Total waste of money.. & they made me pay as i was still getting my nails done & had my friend reach in my purse to pay for me. soooo rushed - don't go here. was painful when should have been peaceful. Also over priced. they will over charge.. could have went to the ritz Carlton for a luxury mani- pedi for what the charged!!! never going back. read more

Today I went t to Ritz Nails in Brea and was planning on having new acrylic nails filled in. Nini instead talked me into getting "dip gel" on my nails‼ I was and am still loving the new look! I have been wearing acrylic nails for 38 years and am totally surprised and thrilled at the result‼‼ Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and sweet while I was there.
