The shop was recommended by State Farm as one of their authorized repair centers (Select Service)…read more What should have been a simple rear bumper cover replacement ended up with a car with a spun bearing and rod knock. When I dropped off the car, I told him it was making a weird noise in the rear. After replacing the cover he decided to "punch" it while test-driving it. Somehow during his test drive the car had a low oil pressure issue and he still continued to drive it! When I got the car back the owner was "unavailable" and the receptionist was the one who gave me my keys. Imagine my horror when turning on the car and it vibrating/knocking as if the engine was to explode. They would not take responsibility. I managed to limp it back home. $6k later (engine replaced) and it now runs as it should. To add insult to injury they used a 3rd party rear bumper cover which does not align properly to the quarter panels. They managed to even screw up the one job they were supposed to do correctly! SMH
