Stopped by on a Saturday for brunch. We do not eat fast food, but didn't have the patience to wait an hour at a restaurant. This place is perfect! Away from all of the madness but still a clean and friendly establishment. Everyone who greeted us was friendly. We had a chicken pesto sandwich with potato salad and a Mediterranean vegetable panini with broccoli salad. Both very fresh, well made and a good portion size. We both had water which was filtered! Bonus points for that. The price was $19.51 total for both. I only gave four stars for the lack of vegetarian options. There were a few, but a veggie burger or maybe some jackfruit or tofu sandwiches/wraps could add variety. read more

In an ocean of fast food drive throughs and very little variation this is a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor Next time you're going to one of those disgusting drive-through's of which there is an enormous over abundance of within a 3 mile radius or even a 15 mile radius, DONT! Go to this place instead. You won't hate yourself 20 minutes after eating it. Everyone is friendly, and the place is kept clean. They even have frozen take-home meals which I keep a constant supply of in my freezer. read more

This is kinda of a mom & pop shop but with very healthy options that are probably the healthiest in all of Pigeon Forge! They have take home meal kits that are very fillings and microwaveable @ 4-5 mins each! The food was flavorful & bout $8/10 a plate! Well once again I find myself straddling the fence. The restaurant is a gem and the staff are super friendly, it looks and smells clean and inviting. The only reason I didn't give it 4* is because I am so depressed that the Turkey Sandwich on 9 grain bread I ordered was way more unhealthy than my husband's meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans - GO Figure! I could have had a traditional meal and opted for what I thought was a healthy alternative! I'm including the photos below so that you can see how depressing it actually was. Wish I had found the nutritional flyer before I ordered instead of half way through my meal. Seriously compare the meatloaf stack to the TTLC sandwich. What gives? On the upside the sandwich was tasty and I also tried the pumpkin Chili as it sounded like a healthy spin on regular chilli - it is not listed on the nutritional flyer probably because it is seasonal. The Chili tasted just like regular Chili and was also tasty - I would order again. read more

What does healthy eating mean to you? To me it means no added sugars, fresh ingredients, and - most importantly - minimally processed foods. At this place, healthy seems to mean "lite" or low fat ingredients, which is synonymous with added sugar, preservatives, and processed foods. We got the grilled cheese sandwich, which had prepackaged slices of processed American cheese on it. The nutrition information at the table revealed that this sandwich had almost 10g of sugar - probably from the low quality processed bread. Seriously, how do you get 10 grams of sugar into a small grilled cheese sandwich? We also got the turkey pesto sandwich. It had sliced, store bought turkey meat and some kind of mayo that had zero resemblance of pesto. The bread was also that sweet, squishy, foam-like disgusting "bread" that any health conscious person avoids like the plague. On the upside, this place at least aspires to offer some healthy choices, which is a good improvement from all the fast food joints in this area. We also want to mention that the staff was friendly and the place was very clean (including the bathrooms). read more

If your hungry make sure to order double meat for your serving though as the meat portions are on the smaller side but doubling up is only a small extra fee, less than I was expecting. So many places around here serve the normal fried greasy food, but this place actually has good quality healthy food which is nice. They recommend me their fresh Grill Chicken salad of the day, it comes with fresh lettuce,strawberry and so on some other vegetables and grilled chicken on the side with some cranberry dressing.
