From living in Portland most of my adult life I found myself time and time again going to River Pig Saloon in the Pearl. Gathering for football games on the big screen, to catching up with friends over a few cocktails and food. This place always had a great atmosphere, incredible bartenders and staff. Since moving back to Bend where I was born and raised, it was difficult to find a watering hole I could call home. I got word that River Pig Saloon was coming to Bend I couldn't be any happier. As soon as the place opened for business I was home! It is everything River Pig Pearl has to offer and then some. River Pig has a fantastic patio, with corn hole boards, long timber bar hight tables that are perfect for bragging about the epic day on the mountain bike trails or river. However, don't think the outdoor area closes up for the winter, River Pig has a massive outdoor real wood burning fireplace that is differentially a prime spot to post up for apres ski. Step inside to see River Pig's unique decor and atmosphere which will make you feel like you stepped back into the days of the old sawmill town of Bend from of the early 1900's. find a table or belly up at the bar, there isn't anything on the menu that isn't amazing, in fact its fantastic! Drinks are reasonably priced. Great pours, and created, and presented in that old fashioned craft cocktail style that Bend has been missing. I'd suggest River Pig's take on the Old Fashioned or the California Widow. The food is equally as easy to brag about. River Pig's kitchen staff knows exactly what to bring to the table for Bend. Hands down, it's the best pub fare in town and doesn't break the bank as some other places do. After a fun filled day doing Bend things it is a no brainer to swing in, quench your thirst and fuel up with absolutely the best happy hour Bend has to offer. Local favorites include stacked to the sky nachos, amazing hand breaded chicken strips, and my all time favorite the Draper Vally drumsticks with River Pigs's own in house dry rub are a must try. All in all River Pig has quickly became a staple to Bend, you definitely won't be disappointed with a visit, and it will have you coming back again and again. read more

River Pig is one of my go-to spots in town. Great beers on tap, yummy drinks and even better food. Definitely the greatest "bar" food in town. Highly recommend the nachos and anything that comes with their curly fries. It is a BAR, so expect that it does get busy at night on weekends, especially during the summer and holiday weekends when tourism is high. They have a big following due to their other location in Portland and sister bar in Eugene so it can get crowded, but again it's a bar... Good vibe all around and best place in town to watch any given game, whether it's football, soccer or basketball. They have a large projection screen and multiple TVs to watch any given game, especially Oregon games (go ducks!) and always have the Timbers on when they're playing. They are located within walking distance to a bunch of other Bend favorites like Spoken Moto, Immersion, Brown Owl, Crux and many more faves. read more

The River Pig Saloon is an absolute gem in Bend, OR! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a fantastic vibe and a cool, laid-back atmosphere. The decor is rustic yet stylish, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The food is beyond incredible--every dish is crafted with care and bursting with flavor. The drinks were fresh, expertly mixed, and very delicious. The bartenders clearly know their craft, and it shows in every sip. Whether you're looking for a great meal or just a place to relax with friends, the River Pig Saloon is the spot to be. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Their service was top-notch, making sure every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bend, OR. The River Pig is the best bar that happened to Bend! The servers are amazing, Katie, Amelia, Jay, Taylor, Becca, Jess, Christie, Stephen, Sean, and even the kitchen staff who come hang after their shift are incredible genuine. Every Sunday they host the best football, their food is killer, and they have a Bomb fire pit! Not to mention they are across the street from my favorite dispensary in town, Tokyo Starfish! River pig in bend is the best place to hang out in bend. I've been going there sense almost the opening day. The food is amazing, they have the best bartenders, servers and management. I go for afterwork beers, when I need some late night dinner, after snowmobiling and the service has never changed. Just amazing. The NYE party was the best in bend I've ever seen. Busy as all get out but the bartenders were rockstar, the bands were on point and I can say I was not disappointed. Still my go to spot any day of the week. read more

The river pig saloon is my Friday night flight to the only atmosphere in town that brings excellent food into the most vibrant fun bar scene around. They have all the fresh I.P.A's and a solid happy hour menu. The space they have can be for big events and at the same time that at home feel only a great staff could bring to your table. I haven't been to the one in Portland but the bend location is good inside and out with there game of thrones size fire place outside for all you outdoorsy drinkers. Cheers! read more

I'm giving them 3stars cause the food is really good, and they have white claw!! Service is like previous reviews kinda snooty & un attentive for most of our time there. I live close to here so my husband & I really want to like this place. If they can work out the kinks with the servers & bartenders this place would RULE. The environment is pretty cool I have to admit. However the service is average. Drinks are measured and not very strong. I have eaten there a few tomes and nothing has been above average when it comes to being tasty. I think the place could put a little more into the quality of food and drinks and not charge so much if they focused less on the decor and more on the food and drink. read more

Love the Pig! Great drinks, nice people working, food is tasty and well priced! They did a great job with the decor and ambiance. Probably one of the better done pubs in Bend! The veggie burger is bomb and it's hard to find good veggie options at pubs. Ramsey, the owner, is really involved and really leaves a good impression! This River Pig location has a fantastic atmosphere, and their beer and food did not disappoint. Many beers available. The fries were a highlight, with a unique peppery seasoning that complemented the dish perfectly. The bison burger was also a standout, with a flavorful patty and great toppings. Favorite place in Bend! If you have Amelia or Katie taking care of ya they'll always guide you to the right way but I will recommend the dry rub drum sticks or massive nachos, they dominate over anywhere else and you can never go wrong with what's on draft or their excellent liquor selection! read more

I've been coming to this bar since it was created. Awesome atmosphere, great service and hospitality. The food is good and comes out quickly. Sometimes it gets pretty busy, but that's to be expected at a bar with a massive projection screen. I've never had a bad experience here. read more
