They explained the details of what the cost of everything was in their invoice without trying to surprise me with an inflated invoice where labor costs were left out like that big chain places. The husband and wife who run this have found a customer for life. The wife handles the front with great customer service and looks out for her customers. I only needed 2 tires instead of being forced to buy a whole set. I could've bought used of I wanted but didn't. I'm pretty sure I'll return for the other 2. I felt like they cared and it shows. After given too much run around by my tire & rims insurance, I decided to give this place a try. On 07/10/19, I spoke to Jr, he pointed out the problems & without any pressure - he recommended what was needed to be done. I was pleased that prior to commencing the repair, he was able to provide the price without add on surprises. Jr came across very knowledgeable with their services. In fact one of the rims sustained 3 cracks, and he was honest enough to tell me that he could fix it but it will not hold very well since I need to replace the rim. At that point, he did not try to sell me rims or any unnecessary parts. In fact, he encouraged me to deal with the tire insurance. For me, that came across as honest business. Today, I returned to replace my brakes. Since I shopped around for prices, I know that Affinity provided me a good deal. I dealt with Manny and he explained that rotors needed to be changed. He showed me the problematic part, but did not pressure me to pursue the service like I didn't have a choice. Both gentlemen provided excellent customer service. I am pleased with the overall work. This place is highly recommended.

They offered to fix the mirror (great!), went back to pick it up a week later and the mirror was brown/gold and clearly a different color than the original mirror. So now I have two mirrors that don't match. So I ask them to fix this with two mirrors that match, another week passes and finally get the car. I thought ok they finally fixed it, we can move on & all is well. Then, this week I get a notice of an unpaid ticket in the mail and the street markings/date are while this car was at this shop. They parked it during street sweeping and didn't bother paying the ticket or telling me about it. So now I'm stuck with a ticket, a mirror that still doesn't quite match the other one, and a month of a hassle over getting..an oil change.
