Cost is good for the service you receive. I like that they have a drive through but also have quality food.

Oh the turkey bacon melt on sourdough was wicked good. Also had a half garden salad with ranch and the tomato and olive portions were my favorite. If I lived here, this would be myyyyy spot!

    Latte or just hot milk??

We drove through for a 16oz latte. Service was friendly but can't say I like the coffee if literally looks like hot milk and tastes as such too. I am a bit of a coffee snob so this doesn't cut it for me

The Cuban on a toasted hoagie, so yummy!!

I've been wanting to try this place for ages! I ordered online and picked it up. It was a smooth process and the gal working the window was sweet and repeated the order with my special requests. I ordered the Cuban (adding onions) and a Roast Beef deli type sandwich. It's too bad they don't come with anything ordering a whole sandwich (which run about $10-15). I thought they would have a variety of typical salads (pasta, slaw, mac etc) to offer but only saw potato salad on online menu. Ok about the sandwiches! They were both delicious! Happy to see they didn't skimp on the meat due to cost. The pulled pork on the Cuban had a mild smoked flavor which I thought was perfect, tender and all the components were flavorful. Hubby really enjoyed his roast beef/provolone saying it reminded him of a deli he loved in his teen years. He said next time he'd request cheddar to stand out more but overall pleased with it. We'd both order them again. I'm a soup lover, I noticed they offer one soup of the day so I'll ask about that next time. I also love sausage biscuits/gravy which they offer, she said breakfast is awesome so can't wait to try that too soon. Nice that they offer some outdoor seating. We will be back!

This is a busy place and after visiting I know why. The staff are helpful and patient with every new guest. Recommend items and overall just a great customer experience. The food is very good the sandwiches are amazing and we now know where we will go for a good salad. Right here for sure. You can dine in or outside and it is perfectly situated in a large parking lot so access is not an issue. Highly recommended stopping by for coffee, a beer, breakfast, lunch, actually anything you get will be great.

Love LOVE LOVE!! Just found this place today on the way to church. This is definitely our new tradition spot! We will stop here on Sundays before church with our kids. Amazing prices, perfect portions, great food and AMAZING customer service. I love family owned businesses like these. It's great place to bring your family, meet up with friends, etc. They also have a drive thru as well if you want to make a quick stop! Check it out!! We added Rivers Edge to our list of favorite cafes.

    Cuban Sandwich - Full

First time trying these guys out. They had a lot of varieties to choose from . It was close to lunch so I've ordered the Cuban sandwich full and my sister ordered the melt sandwich full. She got chips on the side and I got potatoe salad as a side. Let's talk about my sandwich( The Cuban) it's a hot sandwich. The bread was nice and toasty. Loaded and I mean they are not stingy with the meat in my sub. I had pork, turkey, cheese and mustard. Flavors worked well not too much but subtle. Our server was awesome she was friendly and was excited when we mentioned it was our first time so we were struggling to decide on what to get. Service didn't take too long. Definitely going back to try their breakfast menu and the rest of lunch. We went through the drive thru but they have an outside seating area that looks clean and a nice spot for the summer to enjoy a coffee and sub.

Great service, but mediocre food. The jus for the French dip was bland and salty, and the Cuban sandwich had way too much mustard.

This place fell off. I don't know what happened to it. I…read moreremember it being delicious, but I brought an out of state friend here and I was so embarrassed. Positives: I love that there are sweet and savory crepes so there's something for everyone. I love that they have seasonal drinks so there's a funky flavor to try out and not the basics all the time. The batter of the crepes are really eggy, which I love. Negatives: What happened to the sweet crepes?? They used to be filled with caramelized apples or some fresh strawberries with paste or strawberry and rhubarb. Now 3/4 of the sweet crepes HAVE NO FILLING. I paid $13 for a crepe with just brown sugar as a filling.... guys, this is a rip off. The sweet crepes had options of brown sugar filling, powdered sugar filling, maple syrup. This is a joke? The only one that had fruit was the strawberry Nutella one and Nutella is usually a flavor palate for kids. I was SO disappointed. I ordered a small banana bread latte and ended up having no banana bread syrup in mine so it was just a regular latte, I should've said something but I was basically already done with the experience when I realized I paid $22 for a basic SMALL latte and some batter with brown sugar. My friend got the pumpkin chai and that was really good, I do have to say. It's cute but not worth it at all.

I was east of Puyallup on a Saturday morning and thought, "Hey, I'm going to find a bakery I've…read morenever been to!". A quick search found Fika, very promising ratings and I'm partial to Swedish baked goods since I spend time in Sweden every year. Fika is located inside Farm12, a huge complex that even contains a school so, why not a coffee shop? When I arrived, the line was a good 30 feet out the door. Even more promising. After 20 minutes, I made it inside and got to look at the extensive selection of pastries and more. All of them looked pretty good though the only nod to Swedish baking was a cardamom bun (and one tart that also contained cardamom). The rest were standard baked goods and a few specialties for the month. Counter staff (Finn) was very helpful. I ordered a Farm12 mocha, almond croissant, and the aforementioned cardamom bun. The mocha was well made, perfect temp, and tasty. The cardamom bun dough was underproofed, dense, and gummy. Good flavor and looks. Almond croissant was buttery and flaky like you'd expect. I personally prefer my almond filling added after baking as it doesn't moisten the inside as much. Overall, this is a good addition to the area, nice people, seems well run, and handy if at the nearby park and trail. Just don't go in thinking Swedish in any way.

The maple grown sugar had a much bigger air pocket compared to the strawberry where the pastry was pretty flush to the jam inside. Both had great flavor. I couldn't tell you which I preferred since they're so different. I also got a morning bun which was a little hard when not warmed up. It had a little citrus flavor to it. Service was quick for ordering the pastries and no drink. I did come in when there want a line so that definitely helped in the wait time.

I am a frequent visitor to this area because my favorite massage make it down the road…read more I enjoy frequently, stopping at local businesses to support them. Unfortunately, this move didn't turn out the well for me this morning! I first walk in to a small clean café, and plan to try a drink, sandwich and soup that I saw was available on their menu. Work in the front of the store why very informative and didn't give off too many strange vibes but the lady in the back did. Unfortunately the store was out of Lavender from what I was told and out of soup. The only 2 kids of chips on hand were Cheetos and Doritos. Ordered a half of the sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomato, cheese and cucumber. What I received was a roast beef sandwich with mayo, mustard, red onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and cheese. Now, first of all I was already concerned because the lady who makes the sandwich's was giving off some weird vibes and she didn't write down my order. In my opinion a sizable tip. My total was eight dollars and some change. I left a four dollar tip for providing a decent service. Since discovering a stomach ulcer I can only eat certain kinds of food and I am beyond disappointed with the sandwich. Unable to eat something I paid for is sad plus I'm now 20 minutes away and can't return to request another one. If this café does not want to serve people like me they should put up a right to refuse service and then people who look like me won't come in to their establishment to order food and pay for something at the can't eat. Hope you all are staying safe and health through this holiday season! See you all at my next bite :0)
